how to transfer my street legal leovince pipe to the new owner

Hi all would like to check if I were to sell my leovince pipe to someone. What are the procedure required? Heard that need inspection? and for the transfering of the pipe is there any procedure? Pls advise.

make sure you pass him the papers that comes with the pipe....some sort of authorisation letter if i am not wrong...then he has to bring his bike for inspection once the leo vince is fixed on his bike

4 my yoshi pipe, u have 2 pass ur approval inspection letter 2 e buyer. it will have e numbering of pipe n owner name. den go 2 e distributor, pay 2 get an inspection letter. den go down 2 inspect.
