Dear bike owners,

 

My friend's bike CBR 600, FBC plate which is 4 months old, was one of the bikes that was burnt to beyond recognition, leaving only ashes behind. The insurance only covered 70% of the total market value. My friend now has to pay the balance of about 15K in cash to the shop. Now my friend, who is going to be a father soon, is in a state of shock. With a 15K outstanding debt which was not even incurred by him, is this fair to him?

 

What if such a situation also happened to anyone of us? How do we prevent this from happening again and the next time it might be our bikes or cars!!!

wtf ask him 2 engage a surveyor he can reduce the payment by alot ...why must we pay so much insurance which says it covers fire and theft wen it doesnt

why must buy bike wif installment. somemore installment could be taken for 4 or 5 yrs. u cant blame the shop cos the deal is wif installment. u cant blame the insurance cos that is the machine price of the bike. its abt poor finance management.
