MY PISTON JUST jammed =((((

but lucky not when riding on the expressway or sth.

so probably will only be able to go to track after run in (approx 1 1/2 weeks)

The street is for show, the track is for go. Put up or shut up

i doubt you need so much slp. slping too much also not good.

do you know how much slp you need? try slping w/o alarm one day.

the first thing you wake up calculate the duration. from then lets its 9 hours,

then slp 9 hours before the time you gotta be up. thats the best way
