Near JB Carrfour, starts to rain heavily for a short distance but near customs, glaring sun dries up everything. Seems like the rain is not so bad afterall.....cool us down before the sun fries us.......a bad thing turned out good afterall :D

Ya lor... fed up with the weather.

Yesterday wash bike clean clean, this morning literally swimming to work.

Only thing good about riding in the pouring rain is that the bike does not get that dirty. So much for the consolation.

Rain does not go well with chain lube. Tendency for the chain to dry out and needs to be relubed. Better keep an eye on that coz a dry chain means the wear on the sprockets have begun.

eeks!! i came across those on small rds oso, stuck behind other vehicle want to change lane out, stick the blardy car bonnet half way out then dare not come out, when i am just passing they decide to come out.

come to filter lane n fr behind i can already c no car turning in fr the other direction, they hv to stop at the stopline to chk. why can't they chk at the same time.....my hubby always say that female drivers can only do 1 thing at a time and can only look straight n not sideways.....keke

heng ah, i dun drive a car otherwise i will be like tat oso and kerna condemn keke :cheeky:

Yeah, reminded me on 14 Jul 05, I was going Suntec on my Kup, with my preg wife, we came accross this RX300 Suv along beach rd, at the Jade theatre. Really cannot keep on her lane.......why??? She's busy smsing on a phone.

And indeed, she had to turn left towards Suntec......her vehicle was like a little 45 deg into the lane as it's a little jammed up.....when cars infront moved ahead slowly, she was still holding on her spot.....why??? Smsing again....

After a few seconds short of getting honked at, she moved ahead. When lights start to turns green, she's holding her spot again...... :faint: I saw the part III of "Spot Holding" from my mirrors. Dunno she got honked at or not......where's the TP when I needed him???

This is the problems when rd users take their licenses FOR GRANTED!!!! They know it's important to have a license to get around their work, but yet, they view the job that brings in $$$ as the piority!!!! Without the license, the job would not have been successful........think about it. Especially in our country, license is not a 3 days (slowest bah....I know Raptor took 1 day. I special case, 2 wks) affair like in the States, it's a 6 months at least to get a Class 2B or Class 3 license, right??? Cherish the license.......it's stashed away in our wallets, and we hardly look at it anymore, but it's still IMPORTANT!!!

I use Rd Users cuz it happens to bikers and drivers alike......me too, especially. :gun: :cheeky:

I was in a cab and noticed this female driver on my left wearing this pair of homemade mittens(a covering for the hand that encases the thumb separately and the four fingers together) but the thumb and fingers are together, it's like putting a pair of socks on her hands except bigger.

I don't understand how she can grip her steering wheel properly. The cab slowed down and changed lane behind this driver to prepare to exit the expressway. We were on the left lane for awhile at about 70 kph. Suddenly, the same female driver swerved in cutting through the chevrons, the poor cab driver had to brake rather hard but he just shook his head.

Oh and the female driver didn't swerve in just nice into the lane, the car nearly hit the barrier on the left. :nono: :faint:

I encounter at least 3 times on PIE that female driver swerved into my lane without signal while side by side with me!

Ahhh........... allow me to quote Shakespeare if I may.

Nobody is overweight. If you are fat, it just means you are underheight. Body Mass Index (BMI) is just a load of crap.

:clapping: Well done.....he can go booasting to his fren he smoke a Wave today.....

Luckily he signalled, else I'll be honking at him big time......bullied again on my market bike.

The journey was smooth till I had reached Steven exit. There was a jam at the exit, I believed everybody is rushing to work at that time. I decided to queue up behind a car as I don't like to squeeze in between them.

For about 3min, I stayed behind a car . As a motobike rider, i know i can move in between cars, but I just don't like to squeeze), then a taxi from behind came and squeezed into my lane. I tried to maintain my speed and stayed in the middle of the lane to let him know that there was not enough space for him to cut in . I expected him to slow down but that taxi didn't have any intention of slowing down, and he just kept cutting into my lane. I was been forced by the taxi to move almost to the shoulder lane and the cab was less than 0.5m beside me.I had no choice and i slow down..........

I'm not very angry with the cabby, I understand that they need to make a living on the road, but its really dangerous for riders if they just keep doing this.

I need some help from you guys, what is the email of TIBS and TP, and do I still need to cc the mail to anyone? I just want some action to be taken before he did any harm to other road users.

Today I became a Pit lane poser for the first time in PG. Dressed in full leathers and spent the time standing around the pits. Worst still... set my tyre pressures to the lower pressures for track and only to inflate them back to road use pressures again. Walau... go all the way to PG just to pump tyres! Wahahhahaha.

Because of rain when we crossed the 2nd Link, we stopped for one hour to have breakfast at the GP rest area and wait for the rain to stop. Reached PG too late to catch the 10 AM slot... so patiently waited for the 11 AM slot.

The rain clouds started building up fast and thick and when 11 AM came around, so did the rain!!!

Waited until 1 PM before it let up enough to allow me to ride to Perling for a T-bone steak at Marbella's.

What a day of riding. Totally achieved nothing. :faint:

Never mind.... now planning to go on National Day to PG again and Sepang on 20th / 21st weekend. Perserverance. There must be some reason in this madness.

Understand very well how you feel, cuz I did that before too.....waited until 1pm, then go in for 2 laps and rain start getting worse. Before that, my frens and I were patiently watching cars having fun in the drizzle and I saw this humble Uncle Chiew which every driver affectionately refers, smoked Rex, Evos, Civic Type R and Silvia in his yellow 2nd Gen Integra Type R......he's damn smooth, and clocked a 2'14 in the wet. But he drove till his engine blew up, had to tow back....The posuer thingy I can understand very well when ppl from the driver group keep looking at our butts

Anyways, even if it did not rain during my hr, it's not fun as there's debris from the cars after they went off track and try to get in...... :sian: Chunks of mud!!!

The session was refunded.....just have to show the reciept on another weekday and it was promptly consumed within the month :cheeky:
