ouh..any idea hw much to repair? cause i kind of rely on the fuel meter. or can diy?

 

For me i dont rely on the meter cos it will never be acurate... If ur fuel cock dosent have reserve go and invest on that. Top up full tank then when it hit reserve which means u left with 3 litres of petrol inside ur tank. That 3 litres can travel arnd 60km - 90km depends on ur bike fc.

bros just sent my bike for full service..but now my bike like bobok(jerky) lidat when i ride..any idea why? :/

 

must be ur carburetor not tune properly.

nk tanyer sikit why my bike ada prob mcm gini while riding. while riding rpm bole naik 10k je max after that rpm cut off. anw im riding a japan z. block slightly ported. carb korek. magnet da lay.ni bukan untuk pergi merempit. motor buat keje je. max speed reached was 160km/h at 10 k rpm 5th gear. naik 6th maintain aje kt around 9k rpm cannot go further. ingat cdi prob. so try tuka cdi. sama.but better easier starting. so do you think the problem lies around the electricals or somewhere else?

your input will gladly be appreciated.

bro i think it got to do with ur piston. i used to have that problem but tukar piston da okay. its just a thought. could be something else

Hmmm... Semua dh dikorek. U didn't mentioned abt ur carb setting and ur pipe(modded or nt?)? Ke ur meter local? Hehehe... :p Watever it is, 160km/h is too much of a speed for "work" purposes, dn't u think? XP

sejuk telinga aku dgr rxz da takde first hand..mmg la diff ppl diff citarasa..but i think kalau beli rxz buruk mcm mane pon..$1000-1200 da boleh rebuild buat mcm baru kluar factory..k nvm,the point is da takde first hand..yahoooo

hi, any ideas where to buy rxz main stand normal 1? And how much? Coz my main stand recently half broken den go 4 weilding a few days later it totally broken. My main stand is the chrome 1. Pls help ths.

bros..i tink my bike's piston is seiized..any solution to make it better?

 

Better??? what u mean by that?? can the bike still run?? if it can i suggest u immediately increase your 2t setting and go to a workshop. if not very bad then just geet the next oversize piston. if quite bad then skip a size or two and install. should be fine. but first find the reason why it seized. jet small or not enough 2t or overheat or improper running in or what.

i myself not so sure bro. the problem arise after i sent my bike for full service..and my 2t is set to about max i tink..also i changed to a bigger jet..n it overheats alot..but bike can still run..but cant go far..i nw not sure wat else to do.. :/

may i ask why did u set your 2t to max and why did u increase your jets?? more petrol mean heatier mah. 2t too much can hinder performance too. get it to a gd mechnic, ask him to set the 2t pump properly then set the jets.

my 2t was max after my accident..cause the block was producing a loud noise..my mech said to prevent piston jam so he opened it to the max..as fr the jet was due to jerky-ness or sumth when i ride..i would go to a gd mech but unfortunately i dun go to jb to service my bike..any suggestion?

oh ok ok. so where is your bike now. cause if u increase your mainjet, it should actually be less heat. i actually trust jb more than singapore so i cant recommend u a shop.

 

is your bike stock condition?? but bike heating up after full service i would suspect improper settings. if u want do at jb i can recommend hou heng ah right beside ah boy jb, he even tows bike from singapore for rm60 only.

my bike is at my hse car park..anw..when i start my rpm is ard 1.7..but after riding awhile my idling will b above 2..any idea?

 

that very much seems like a jetting issue. rpm will normally be a little higher after warm up but 1.7 and 2 is quite high already. i set it to just start 1.2 and after warmup 1.4 to 1.5.
