go jb ah. a whole new coverset(malaysia ori) cost 550rm.

 

which shop at lorong bapok? catalyzer or kotak? I would like to get mine at the cheapest price possible

kedai gemok ah. the last shop right beside the stall on top before esso. u can ask around other shops. they do sell just the ori tank then buy fairing/head/mudguard all local(can be kotak/catalyzer but you must change the bracket and headlight/taillight if u wanna use kotak and if ur current one is catalyzer). if i'm not wrong the last time i checked original tank(malaysia) cost atleast 300. try find people who knows to go way in deeper jb. can get cheaper. lorong bapok to us maybe cheap, but quite expensive to local people there.

hi i wanna ask recently i change top block that is rebore to let more fuel pump in. airbox has been taken out. sprocket 36/15. setting has been done. I tried 160 at full throttle? I wanna go beyond 160 atleast 180? to fit my satisfaction. my mechanic said that its cause my rim is a ybr rim which is heavy and he advise on spoke rims. another friend of mine advise on my main jet and pin jet(which i dont have a clue on what it is). so anyone can advise?

Bro, u change top block or block? Rebore block or port block? Cos rebore bore wont let more fuel to come in unless u port the block. Spocket 36/15 dosent mean u can fly u have to take into consideration of ur weight. Yes u will get top end but wat about ur initial pick up ?? If ur bike is strong dosent matter if ur using sport rim or spoke. 160 is good enuf already bro. U want to speed change bigger bike. Hehe

rxz can get 180..but for what..cannot maintain that speed long enough to enjoy..or risk having piston jam and byebye..big bike or RS125..stock can go 160km/h no prob

Tongkol,my fren and me went to the place u mentioned auto machinery but sadly,they never sell bro..We then went to a bike shop at bukit batok and they quoted 180 dollars for a new ori tank..So u gt any other places where cn confirm get a full coverset?my buddy doesnt mind buying a whole coverset..

 

Auto Machinery dosent have? hmm that's weird. Have you tried Chong Aik, along Desker Road, they have 4 shops along that road, go to the one that sells Yamaha parts. Another place you can try is at Autobay, Kaki Bukit. I can't recall the name but its on the second floor. The first shop on your right when you turn into the motorcycle lane. Its an Ah Pek shop with lots of RX-K, RX-S. Enjoy your hunt for genuine parts.

Bukan action bro, im still having my rxz with me. But seriously to compare rxz meter 180km/h to my super four its totally different. At 140 km/h i can feel im flying off from my S4.

If it's pickup tat ur talkin abt, don't port ur block. Seriously. Standard block and header(pipe) alrdy gave u a good amount of torque. Wat u can do is play ard wif bigger sprocket. And mayb u ought to think abt changing the parts tat u "complained" abt....

Is it worth buying a new set of rims(Spooky & New fully chrome) or respoke and change to chrome hub ?
