Hahaha... me mechanic?! No lar... I'm a mechanic to my own bike only. Everybody starts from scratch. I learnt alot here, from own experience and tips from the wise rider. Ok, cut the crap! :sweat:

Pilot jet is the smallest of all 3 jets. You can never see with your naked eye if those tiny2 choke or malfunction already. It cost about $8 for the original one. I don't understand how come both mechanic can't rectify these problem. As you've been told by both mechanic that your carburetor is fine then, I guess it could be your gaskets.

 

If gaskets from the engine below is broken, black oil will drip and you can see it when you want to ride your bike after parking overnight. It not that serious. You can always top-up to the recommended level while waiting to have some money to replace to a new one. Hahaha... But, If the gaskets from the top block is broken, then it can be a very serious engine problem. Because 2T are not supplied enough to the crank case and to the piston. Some 2T might sip through the gap of the broken gaskets. If you're riding for long period of time and stressed the engine, piston might jammed. Check which part of the engine gaskets is broken and replace it immediately. Top block gasket cost about $10 and the bottom one I'm not so sure. :thumb: :goodluck:

Last time when I mod my pipe it cost me about RM110 with silencer. They remove the 2 stopper inside and install a cone at the end of the pipe before the end can. This is what people called, "Internal modification". It is good for low & top end power. As for "Chamber" modification, your bike is like a feather at pick up but the top end is weak. Choose which one you prefer. :thumb:

The spoiler wif brakelite is stock on 125z... Its bigger dan RXZ's... Im using dat but without e brake lite... Try lookin at Auto Machinery like Bloodybaguz said... :goodluck:

the 125z spoiler or bracket or watever u wanna call it cost me rm60 2gther wif brakelite... if they dun hv yellow u can ask them to spray for u...

Y, don't you mod your bike at Johor? It's cheaper what. In S'pore they did the same thing and charge you in Sg$$$.

Yes! That is wat you pay if they detect full pipe modification. If you r caught with only your silencer mod then it's cheaper. Not sure how cheap.
