hi ppl out there.got a qn to ask.wat's de ave. fc u guys get from ur z?my 1st bike was a FS plate z.for full tank i got roughly 300km.n i remembered i top up only like $10-12.den after few yrs riding other bikes...i tried to ride z agn.got a FR plate.buti only manged to get less den 200km for full tank.n i top up like almost $20 each time.y so much diff???...wish to ride z agn...but...

 

Sumting must be wrong sumwhere bout da bike, it cant be consuming dat much. How come u nid to top up dat much bro, cos RXZ tank is only ard 13L........

 

Hi guys need some info on pricing,my dad's rxz front mudguard broke,how much to get a new one(original or local)?.Thanks..

 

U can try to get a new pair at LAB, maybe will cost u ard $20.........

dat's y.if let's say de bike used up 10l b4 i top up...dat means i get only abt 20km/l.n i don even ride fast.so i gave up...n sold de bike off after only 1 mth.

Back in 2006, that was how her looklike when first i got her. so badly in condition, even the roadtax pun mampus for 9 years! seriously, i almost had my tears drop that time.

 

the first thing that i've done, was i bought a front fairing, rear brake, rear light, 2t oil pump and gauge. not much have been done, but it does help me to ride her more safely.

 

i bring her back to ipoh, at 12am. yap, without any legal permission since she's banned from entering the streets due to roadtax.

 

after all, she was racing purpose bike.

 

the modification that has been done to her was totally scary. panther caburator has been used, and the cylinder has been expanded by 1.25. not to mention, it was racing type rebored.

 

i starting, to get her done seriously, and back to legal line when i'm having my semester break that time. and yeah, i've been in accident, twice with her. it cause me a bent front fork, broken fairing, broken gauge, tank kemek, handle lari and rims bengkok ape semua. not to mention, blown engine cause of high speed running and low-grade 2t oil. and by the time, i've got her running legally.

so, i upgraded her a lot. put a new sportrims, tires, catalyzer fairing set, new gauge, wiring system, performance parts and overhauling.

 

as you can see, i leave the airbox unchanged. even it has been modified by previous owner.

i've used air filter made by posh for several month, it performs good and make the sporty sound, but when the rain falls down, the water manged to flow in it and suck up into the cylinder. it cause so much loss of horsepower and fuel, due i have to full throttle to keep the engine from stopping.

 

i will using the air filter back, but the custom one.

and that how she looklike right after that. she capable of running 160KMPH at 11RPM that time. But soon, i discovered the racing clutch plate only meant for racing purpose. it won't last long. unlike the racing bearing. so, i've change to stock clutch plate.

 

and it much more nicer :-)

 

but i haven't done all of it yet. the fuel tank needed to be replaced, rear absorber and front fork either. worst, the fork's leaking. i guess, i serious need to change it than just send it for service.

 

and this time, i only using shell vsx 2t and motul 4t 1000. if i went for convoy or somewhere more than 150KMPH, i'll make i mix the 2t with fuel a bit but for mix, i'm using shell sx. pakai vsx for mix, aiiyoo. koyak spender woo.

that she is, now. 130KPMH at 12RPM. but definitely, she's more quieter, leave faster yet losing the top speed. but i love it. only left few more things. rear discbrake, rear absorber, clutchplates and one more time overhaul i guess? 8)

 

note : catalyzer stands for catalytic converter. i'm not using the catalyzer exhaust system yet.

Wow atfer only 1 mth u sell it off ah, u cld actually try to have da carb chk n re-set to solve da problem bro. RXZ is an economical bike wif less problem meant for daily commute, i'm sure lots of da guys here agree wif me.........

yerps...agreed bro. i can still get 34km/l even though my block port twice already. good for transportation from point A-B. it also doesnt disapoint if u sumtimes itchy hand want to open throttle more

Where did u get dis price, is it from da shop, i dont tink so. Muz be from one of da forumer here or buying over from a fren aite. Tell u wat bro, test ur luck & ask for 1.7k aite.......

cos i guess i've been riding wave for a while...so very used to getting 40km/l.was very put off by de z fc.anyway...mayb will try to get a z or even a k later.

yo, im facing abit of prob on my bike. when i signal at low revs no lights at indicator and the bulb (front and back), but headlight still got. what the prob? low batt?? but why headlight still got light?

Lotsa possibilities bro, got to get d mech to chk it out for u, not only battery, maybe wiring, rectifier, or even ur magneto coil. Hope its not da coil.......
