Just a quick question - does someone know what the fiber is for that one can put in the silencer? When i bought my new exhaust there is no such stuff in there but i can buy it too - but do i have to? What does it do?

hi bros, are some of u guys usin brembo or aprilia calipers? i lookin for one...was quoted 400 bucks last time at scrapyard for brembo full set, taken off a ducati bike...bt didnt get it, short of money n find it a bit too ex...so now im back lookin for those calipers...hope u guys can share if u have any info:)

hmm

i tink i can help u a lil' on this..

15: indicates how high it can withstand the heat(the lower the better)

40: indicates the thickness of the oil

 

so usually the lower the 1st no. the better i guess..

if the 1st no. is 20w usually the 2nd one will be higher say, 50?

dat is coz it can't withstand high heat so the oil is thicker

 

i'm currently nt sure if my perception on 'the lower the 1st no. the better' is correct..

but a jb mech told me so..

i'm using 15w40 tho..

 

i might be wrong coz i'm still learning

mayb other Z riders can give u more pters

Bought from a former here (8mths) ago...

Lost contact wif him ever since SBF shifted and re-do the site.

 

The farring is the old model, pipe is 3bs, top engine y4 & bottom engine y2....

Kinda weird cocktail if u ask me....

 

Bought it from him like tat and kinda stayed liked tat.. (the MAJOR parts)

 

As for the plate it also came with the bike...

Guessing the bike is not originally a JAP model but then model aft it....

to find performance stuff its easy either sg or jb but for me to find ur own mechanic its take time..so u have to mix ard all riders to find which is which.. haha sori ya my english very the broken.hehe:cheeky:

now i gotta question 4 rxz-otai here, why my rxz sound like whistle? it feel like maknyah riding a rxz u noe...

Ok to all rxz riders, CURRENTLY i have 4 pple wanna mit up..well,i m so called d organizer, sorry if i m a p plater.. =) mostly live in d west, planed to mit up at Al-ameen at Bt timah there to eat2 n chiit chat. Timing n day not confirm,wanna cnfirm wid u all now if Al ameen bt timah at around between 6pm to 9pm due to some are working and schooling. Anybody wanna join? mm..ya wat dinzmetal say correct mayb a lot of carbon..ok,wen u on 2nd gear try drage ur throttle until the extend den u change to 3rd gear,same also drage ur throttle till the max BUT on ur 2nd n 3rd gear dont rame it,juz normal throttle..gear 4 n above normal..so far dis is wat i do if my pipe a lot of carbon n it a bit werk.. if not smthing wrong w ur pipe..haha

i've already sent it to bikin @ friends workshop, really sumbat loh... lots of carbon in it, already taken out, at first, when i ramm, seems ok, but it semput when my speed reach 80, semput like old man...

 

when i throthle it to above 80, sure it fast (i forgot the last time my meter goes up to 130), but it produce cricket-like sound. i donno where it come from as I have total 0 of bike-knowledges... so maybe i'll be slow to figure out what which part you said...

 

oh, and still i got those whistle-sound... even after sumbat new fibre inside my exzos... can the silencer affect the whistling sound? I'm using lokal silencer...
