hey bros.... long time no post... haha....

anyway recently changed my rear sprocket + chain + rubber dampener + screws

 

i changed back to standard rxz sprocket size which is 46... As i inquired about changing to smaller sprocket size, my mech told me not advisable as the smaller size he had was 41 iirc and it was 125z one... pick up wise very shoik...

but top speed tried 130 before and not too sure how much can hit as i haven try more .... hehe... btw i'm also looking for new tyres + rims...

will change new set from unique motors when my tyres botak...

u using back 16 46 for sproket size?? u can use tat back if all are still standard or no major mods done.. if not u injure your bike without u knowing.. u can always change the back sproket for your own riding style but, never change the front to smaller or bigger cos engine be stress.. then u can hear your piston shake like theres no tomorrow.. dangerous.. do heed this advice cos i tried all sizes.. i have 8 rear sprokets and front of all sizes..

wah... very nice bro... mind telling where you got this? nowadays i see many Z on the road with very nice and new designs... not only those FBB/FBC plate designs but other kinds also... wonder where they get them... if any other bro got recommendation, pls tell as mine is plain black bought from LAB.

kinda felt cheated as i thought it will be the OEM one with the designs and all...

well wat u see is actually like yours.. plain black.. tipsy (tips), u can go to any agent get the original dress up sticker set according to the model and dress it up so look wan cheng (nice) and instead of plain.. mine is the 2007 model.. if u want it permanent and no peels, send to spray shop and get it laqured..

 

i can help u fix it on if u dont wanna spend so much money and get cheated again..

broz ako ader prob ag uh... ako ader baca kat previous2 threads in here abt tuning the carb nye air intake dgn minyak...so ako pn pandai2 lah td gi godeh2 sendiri mcam mana peh mechanic je...

 

pusing ni screw,pusing tu screw,skali mula2 dier nye idle too low start je engine mati...ako tune idle ako kasi minyak masok byk,skali dier high rev all the way uh... ako tk payah perah dier naik all the way pai rpm 5-7...so ako tutop alek kasi ketat alek minyak ako,tp dier tetap high rev all the way..

 

so memandang kan hari sudah lewat n ako pn kat mscp ako tglkan je lah...

sapa2 tau mciam mana nak remedy ni prob?haruzkah ako biar je dier high rev pai minyak dlm carb ako get to low alek or wad?tlg lah ako kawan2 seperjuangan RX-Z kuz...

hmmm the screw u tighten?? like tat must always blow lah because air intake is minimal.. from close position try to put it to 1 full rounds and a quater turns.. play from there.. u cannot close all the way, burning is not right

bro, stahu aku ader duer bende ngan kau bleh gode2 dari luar. satu ngan idling lagi satu angin nyer. idling ngan besar knob while air is the one u need screw to turn. tats all...

the one i mention to close all the way and open 1 and 1/4 rounds is the air mixture.. the other one which looks like flower plus philip screw point with spring is called your idling knob aka timing knob tat controls your bike timing/ idling..

your ilding knob turn to your required timing.. ikut sedap hati kao.. the best is just let it idle @ 1000rpm.. better is @ 0.500rpm but settings must be done right tho..
