bros and siss, i got a problem.

 

anyways, i realized tat my brake light at the box not working, so i 'godeh2' the wiring below the seat, then at one time it works, after try2, it dont.

 

then i realize when i on ignition (engine off)

-neutral light didnt light up.

-cannot signal right/left,

-horn dead.

 

when engine ON,

-signal light on but never FLASH, (will be very DIM if never throttle)

-horn still dead.

-headlight, tail light still have light.

 

so i removed the wires from the brake light of the box, just to be safe.

so from the pros, i think it might be the 1)battery? if not, maybe i 2)'shorted' one the wires? or maybe one of the 3)fuse broke? want to check but i dono how to check all these. wanna go shop but better check here first.

wah lau, i just found out my tire valve caps had been stolen. I used them for 8 years liao, 8 long yrs n now they are stolen.

i juz visit my bike 2dae coz i tot wanna play2 with it coz 3 week haven ride my Z lol n btw i hav no lisence... hehe[/color]

 

At 1st i kick start my bike one time n the bike start then i play2 with the throttle then suddenly there is alot of smoke, then out of sudden my pipe sound so funny lei... TiS part i dun mind...

 

 

Then from neutral, i change to 1st gear n i move off bout 12 metre ...suddenly my pipe sound like something coming out from my pipe then my bike automatic off by itself...

 

By now already, my bike is difficult 2 start... then when it start ,it last bout less then a minute then it auto off again...once i get frustated i kick start hard then my pipe blow like an explosion tat wat make me shock...by then the Z cant start lol so i park my Z n go HM... haiz

 

b4 tis happen when i play my bike , i smell tat my smoke smell like something burning lei... btw my bike sudden off nt bcoz of the the time-ing of the petrol bcoz i test it already...

bro if u using cat model not diff to open d side panel...juz use ur key can open the side panel to ur batt...ur batt is on ur left side panel wad.u can check the fuse 1st.

d last time i had dis prob,i go shop they say batt spoil.but den got 1 shop try troubleshoot for me by changing the fuse den the lights all start to be normal back.u try starting ur bike den rev ur engine n press the horn hear got sound or not.aft the shop changed my fuse he still say my batt spoilt.den recently i went ahboi jb buy box den i ask him to check my batt n rectifier.he say both condemn.bt my bike i see like normal only uh..just tat the batt wnt charge.my signals,head n tail lites n horn depended on my coil coz when i rev engine den all these things will werk.ahboi jb recommeded me to change my rectifier 1st for 45rm bt i say i no enuff cash.

i come back spore,i go rowell rd buy rectifier n fixed myself for 16sgd.den d following day i go tat same rowell rd shop buy batt wet cell n fixed myself for 14sgd.

now my bike electricals r werking juz perfect.

u can just top up every 2mths lah no nid to be so often.batt water petrol kiosk got sell...mustapa ctr oso got sell...very cheap lah batt water.i tink 1 bottle cost less den 2bux n can use many2 times..if not mistaken,1 bottle is 1L i tink bt ur batt nid just abit only.

wet batt use batt water, if normal water, ur batt will spoilt.

well from what i noe. the backfire is caused by "unburnt" fuel...

if it occurs and difficult to start ur bike.. switch ignition off and kick for a couple of times.. usually works for me..

if what i suggest really cant start the bike nemore.. den maybe ur block might be leaking.. coz from what I experienced before it fully breakdown, it will give a blardy loud noise...

 

P/s: when u kick start, try to hear ur block area.. if there's hissing sound.. den block "bocor" liao...

mine is using allen key to open one.

 

u can check the fuse 1st.

 

u try starting ur bike den rev ur engine n press the horn hear got sound or not.
