Hallo bros! I need help, my STUPID bike(now we're even ait!) won't display off the Neutral/Oil lights when I switch on the ignition. Will only flicker dimly when the engine is runnin. I don't think it's the batt prob cause I just change it a few mths ago due to the same prob. PLUS sometimes it works, lightin up my bike's panel very brightly while most off the time it doesn't. Could it be the coil, CDI, wiring or rectifier????

 

i just experience this thing last month bro...ur display for neutral and oil light will only light up when u rev up ur engine, then when you switch on your signal light your oil and neutral light will also fickle like ur signal light?? i spend about $100 to get this problem solve. for this problem theres only 4 things got to do with it. batt, rectifier, magnetic coil and wiring.

 

break down on the prices.

 

batt-$35

rectifier-$30

magnetic coil-$35

wiring-$150+

 

but for your case try to change the magnetic coil and rectifier first. then tell the machenic to charge up your batt. then try to monitor it for afew days.

 

theres 3 magnetic coil told to me by the mechanic, he said just change the one for the lightings. if you want to change all of it for sure it cost a bomb.

Hmmm.. How about ur headlight bro? is it also very dim?? If yes, it could be the coil... coz i experienced this before... very boring sia dat time.. lights ver dim.. at night very2 difficult..

for me i werk day ofis hr den evening continue despatch...so kinda bit not in sync wid the timing u guys meet up.when i got time,its usually spent on my family and gf...if got more spare time den only can meet up wid my frenz...if i sacrifice my slp i go crazy even werst...hahaha...wait otr oso cnt concentrate,at werk oso cnt concentrate...dangerous for myself...

bro check ur fuse...the fuse is the one thats at the battery positive polarity.check tat 1st b4 anything...if im not mistaken if fuse is burnt,u on oso no light,u horn no sound,ur signals wont light up...check it out...if u see the fuse burnt,den if u got spare fuse,use it if not den if u want to diy temporarily,u can just short(sort like joining) the the connection using a short(pendek) wire...i almost kena chopped just bcoz my fuse burnt,shop say batt lah rect lah...lucky i surveyed a few shops n got 1 mech told me its juz the fuse which he replaced f.o.c...
