wat are the symptoms of the clutch plate wearing off?

 

how much does it cost to change at bikeshop?

well one of it is, u tend to have lots of slip gears.. as in when u are riding on gear 2 it goes back to neutral or whichever gear it slips a gear lower.. its only normal wear and tear.. in jb i think 1 clutch plate is ard RM$15-18.. bike shop if in sg i would reckon: HE XIN MOTORCYCLE. add is: 319, braddell road (inside CALTEX) its operating hours is 9am-7.30pm and if weekends till 3.30pm only.. look for ah kiong :thumb:

 

Guys...yoha....me juz change my mangkok clutch n balancing gear for 300 is it worth? ade rase macam kene ketok seh??

 

wah the first time im hearing BALANCING GEAR.. normally is only your cam-shaft balancer (the whole unit tat is pressed to your con-rod kit) 300?? not worth it as pple rarely or dont even do tat up.. & u only change your clutch mangkok when the clutch bush is wear already.. dont waste much money ok.. sg mechs favours discount tags.. they are sure to find means and ways to eat your $$$ :p

try the scrapyard at tractor road. just went there on friday.

theres a chrome engine casing going at $90

high polished swing arm at $50.

im going to somewhere near arab st there to fix my piston tomorrow...got this pakcik mechanic i met at the yamaha agent,and he seems kind...so im trying out tmrw..around after 3 o clock ah...if wanna join contact me at 92256423...oh ya its original piston btw

uh?nope..that pakcik said my piston nothing wrong,and i didnt plan on reboring,so didnt change piston or rebore...just got service my carb and tuned..now ive lost pickup power but gain distance..huahua...he didnt charge me anything..but he's not always that free ah...

 

oh ya guys..rebore cost 8 bucks as told by that pakcik...:sian::sian:

balancing gear ape sakz...anyway u change all that for what ah?coz u thought clutch plate is wearing off isit?i changed my clutch plates for $70 bucks from an uncle(he mechanic but no shop) at wdlds and it feels normal again.but still its a lot expensive than jb.

 

mann..bikeshop is really a dirty business...

Hahaha... If u wan ur bike to be heard, u should hav asked me. U could always open up ur silencer and let everybody hear u... Hahahaha...:lol:
