Hehe... Thank u. Just so as to make it simple. Yup2, DIY spray my rim sendiri. Ni wif lacquer, so a bit kilat sikit. Tapi kan kalau without lacquer, dull matt black, lagi wancheng! Lol! And yeah it's possible to spray the engine cover, using the same high temp spray can. Did on mine a few times. But hmmm... With or without lacquer on, the colour still fades away sooner or later. Rim pon sama jgk. Padahal dah berlapis-lapis seh I spray...

 

Ehk? I don't mind. Just don't think tat I noe everythin ok? Not bein humble or anythin but I'll share wif u guys wat I noe and will just keep quiet if I don't noe anythin k? Lol...:help:

It's a custom silencer, bikin kat kampung mana entah(forget the place name and forbidden by the otais of Rxz Lovers). It's just a plain sounding silencer, no "lebah2" or anythin. Just a smooth, bassy output sound... Just the way I like it! Yum2!!!:slurp:

me standing on my bike??ko ok ke tk??aku nk duduk moto bace doa naik kenderaan berkali2 ni aku diri kt moto plak??..apedah..haha..btw i pun nk diy wash carb..hopefully sifu nosey or wantongkol or ucie can help...p.s wan can u pls stop willying sambil superman in front of RP??nanti masok S.T.O.M.P camne??kn malu kn bdk2 rxz..hais..when r u gonna learn??value ur life pls..

nk spray bole...BUT preparing the works to be sprayed is the most important part of spraying...some ppl say lau spray pkai can tk bagos lah,tk tahan lame lah,nanti crack lah...all these is becos the surface being sprayed is not well prepared...spraying u can learn in a few hrs(if using cans lah..airbrush i thing diff story..hehe)but preparing the items to be sprayed can take u days...always remember this,spraying only takes up 10% of ur hard work...preparing takes up the other 90% :)

so what are the necessary steps to diy spray ? what i know is, sanding off the parts need to be proper, not just sand till no more paint then start spraying, correct me if im wrong.

u need diff grades of sand paper ranging from rough to fine..use the roughest sand paper 1st n soak wif a pail of water with powder soap(FAB detergent also can) then sand down till the lacquer has gone and u can see the base coating...den repeat using a finer paper to sand (to make the surface even)..then u need to spray the primer..this holds the paint...(before spraying make sure surface is dust free)...then sand to make it even n spray ur base color...just repeat of using a finer sand paper to make it smooth before spraying the colour of ur choice...sand papers needed ranges from 80 -2000 with the lesser nums is the rougher and vice versa...try it on an unused helmet to gain confidence of sanding and spraying

i see. didnt know abt the soaking part. soak the sand paper is it ? what i've been doing is wet-sanding the paint down till there's no paint already. soaking it will be easier to sand the paint down is it ?
