Ouh... Wiring U noe nd to change sooner or ltr, $70 dh ready!!! Bt batt baru tukar seh... Anyway thanx bro, gonna dig up for my test pen and its manual and somehow learn to try to use it. Hehehe... XD

Ouh... I thnk also ah coz wen I rushed to my sick baby at KKH the other nite, I whacked my bike all the way, eventhgh my fuel almost empty, 2t almost empty and my bike stalled halfway thrgh at AYE. Itu pun aku bukak minyak lebih and then cont whack...

 

Allah maha kuase, swee2 aku sampai hospital, minyak abis, 2t abis and yeah, piston shld seize ah pasal dh berat upon reachin the hospital's basement crprk. Itu yg aku mintak Azmi tolong aku ngan minyak and transportation! Bt nvm tat one, janji my son is safe, itu yg most important!

 

Oh ya, to Azmi Krazy, thanx for the help the other time. Eventhgh ur tired frm ur nite shift, u still sacrifice ur time and fuel for ur fellow rider in nd. Thank u...

 

Anyway my spark plug firing cn consider quite big and constant ah wen I chck. Lampu semua dh gone, talkin abt neutral light on the dashboard. Other lights? Hmmm... Blum try ehk... XP

lau dgr mcm tu comfirm seize nye....coz stall half way mah...spark plug abit wet...can tell already....

so u check to cmfirm bro...takot salah lak..hee

kalau semua light gone might b ur coil bawa yg ade 3 coil. must b 1 of them which generate electric, another two is 4 plug n wat la i 4get ****!...hee

kalau ur spark plug firing can light up a inch distance it good already

the problem wit wiring it like virus can go here n there... satu salah semua leh kene, so check cpt...

btw somtime seize bunyi same...i kenna it b4...ingat tkde pape coz no diff n tk pnah stall pon ngah bawa tapi when buka calar lol...somemore i also gt go long distance...

tah lah mane tahu ur problem diff... ur engine ade auto off,lau panas off sendiri mcm euro bike...hehe jkjk je....

 

 

ya kene ade power tool bro....

without tat kirim salah je lau nk buka...hehe

tapi check dulu lau semua lampu ade ke tk.....

lau semua ade tk payah buka waste effort je...

mane tahu bawa mtr laju vibration kuat wire terlepas....

good sey ur wiring still good, when i brought my bike, i need to change new wiring coz mine old byk tap sane sini...mcm2 colour wire u c...like rainbow

It's not piston seized nor the block probs. It's sumthin else... Opened up my block awhile ago and changed it to my stock block, funny things is the piston and combustion chamber are all intact; no major scratches or anythin. Haiz... Wasted my original gasket gone... For nothin...

 

Oh ya, another symptom pops up wen I manage to make it idle for 5sec; the high beam light is the one lighted up eventhgh I was on low beam................................................ APE NI????????????????????????????

From my thinking we'll kena con by most shops ardy.Better buy things from Hong Leong or authorised agents to buy parts then upah the shops to fix.Yesterday my friend open up his friend block/engine find that the piston/con-rod/gearshaft/crankcase all Thai part although the RXZ is FBB plate.He got do top servicing/overhaul twice in JB and SG.WTH no wonder just 1 mth overhaul con-rod/clutch plates all gone case.As from now regarding engine parts i dun mind spending a bit more to get original quality parts.Accessories i dun mind Ayam brand..So guys when you plan to do overhaul make sure the parts are ori and take effort to look or come everyday to check your bike.Dun trust those chop carrot shop that say tip top overhaul when you buy 2nd hand bikes.Yesterday that guy give a good lashing at his shop for cheating him and he spent a bomb going to Rowell Rd to get ori piston/con-rod/carburettor jetting kit/spark plug coil/magneto etc,But after that his bike sound better than before

Syam nak mintak kau tolong tukarkan centre block gasket,Top block dah tukar ori nyer,Yang tengah JB nyer angkara,Dah kuar 2t sikit,Skrang maintain 130 punye tak sedap..Kalau tahu tukar piston ring lagi baik,Aku bli brg aku upah kau jer,At least kasi duit pada member lagi baik,Kalau kedai biasa aku bende remeh mcm ni slalu tak free nyer

 

Anyway just came back from Taman Perling after PM shift just now,Hang around with my cousin who use RXZ Catalyzer convert Mili Boss coverset with original AR80 5 Spokes rims,Ori Kayaba shocks,Ohlin steering damper oh yes,15-35 sprockets,racing clutch springs,full polish not ported block,ori 3BS pipe,No side mirrors and chainn guard and using Michelin Pilot Sporty 80/80-18 tyres.Thinking of getting his ori Catalyzer red coverset for RM250 Quite cheap i shall say for cousin's price.I try test ride his bike and the first thing i notice his steering cone is quite tight but not to the extend too hard.Pick up was not great but i notice his meter when reaching 115kmh the rpm only reach 6!Tried push a bit harder and his bike can manage 160kmh without any sign of stress or noisy i was WTH,It was damm good for stock bike i should say.He also have a 125Z with excel rims for illegal race purpose which he intend to sell.When i ask him about JB bike shop the first thing he say dun trust those shops especially with a lot of S'porean patron,Not only the parts are 90% local but also they mark up the price.He will only buy genuine parts from authorised agents or the shop that he really trust.When mechanic open up your bike try to sit nearer to him to see what's they doing instead of going to coffee shops to drink or chat.

Jumpa kat daerah rumah aku jugak bro. Nasib baik dia tak project kan aku nya motor. cuma ada minor parts yg da rosak, ignition starter da tempered, tank cap pecah and brake lever pecah. yg lain still intact.
