Jumpa kat daerah rumah aku jugak bro. Nasib baik dia tak project kan aku nya motor. cuma ada minor parts yg da rosak, ignition starter da tempered, tank cap pecah and brake lever pecah. yg lain still intact.

LAB??? Tat's the last plc u wanna go get ur pipe frm bro, like everyone else said... Lol! Silencer only $4.50. So far the cheapest combo I noe in Spore! Dnt noe the shop's name but it's along Rowell Rd. U won't miss it...

moto aku ada prob. sejak tukar pipe degil sikit,i think my settings dah lari. Tak tau la mcm mana nk setting balik. Asal masuk highway, standard 110 cruising, alih2 moto mati sendiri. semalam je 2 kali kat PIE, hari ni sekali kat TPE.

 

tapi bila masuk roads kecil, ok je. part highway je problem. tukar spark plug, sama jugak. pergi kedai, apek tu setakat besarkan 2t flow je. macam faham.

blok da size 1.25 uh. da beso uh. ingatkan nak carik blok piston size kecik.

Seize is wen ur piston grind sikit against ur combustion chamber walls, therefore got minor calar among those two. Frm my experience, u cn still start up ur bike although u will feel ur bike vibrates more and lack of power and strugglin(eg, max speed - 40km/h on ur last gear!). A change of new piston set and polishing of the chamber will fix tis...

Eg of a piston seized. Tis is due to me whacking my bike till 12k rpm constantly for more than 3km! And all tis aft a long haul trip from Melaka wif my fully loaded Z!

 

Piston jam is a whole bigger case where if it happens while u were riding, ur rear wheel will lock! And u simply can't kick start ur bike! Ur piston will suffer MAJOR scratch marks, and frm my experience as well, ur piston rings will melt and become one wif ur piston! U'll need a new piston set and reboring if the scratches is visible. If not, polishing of the chamber wall will be fine. Not sure whether u gotta overhaul it anot? Depends on conditions I guess...

Eg of a piston jam. Tis is due to my 1st experience wif high revving bike setting, local Thai piston, swee carb setting and trying to overtake a WRX on an up slope!

 

Similarity among those two is, all of tis will happen due to no 2t/too lil fuel intake, modification of ur block/pipe wif improper setting. And sometimes due to local piston being...
