ko try mainstand,n pusing front wheel,tgk ade bunyi tu tk....beh ko start ko nye moto n when idling ko try determine mane bunyi tu dtg,den ko post ni nanti abg wantongkol kite akn jwb kn =)

haha. i oso not sure la bro. apa da. u more experience. ur rank like leftenant ady, mine oni lance copral.

kalau rpm meter da tk working, is it time to change the meter, atau bole tukar cable or something ?

change meter? if u feel like changing ur meter and got $$, den change. wanna save $$, change the cable can ady bro. :)

paging for bro syam. recently he experience something like this.

 

Ehk? Me? Nah... Mind tak leh start terus. Until now my bike is still "somewhere" out there... Couldn't be bothered... Plus if it's ELECTRICAL fault ur talkn abt, sori. Me don't noe a thing abt it. Lol!

 

aku tinggal pat pasir.ris wan..and i dunno also whats wrong..bila aku bawak ade bunyi bising kelentang kelentung...kau imagine letak ping pong ball dlm empty fuel tank mcm gitu..pelik uh..benda ni ade sejak aku tukar "meter punye gear",benda yg pat dlm tayar depan pat axis dia tu..sal sblm tu meter aku tk gerak even though da tukar cable... :(

 

Hmmm... Then ur fault shld hav started frm there then. Check ur bearings, shake ur front wheels side to side. There shldn't be any freeplay. Then might be the hub gear assembly itself, dah check whether the gear is missing any teeth, oil seal replaced, hub clutch retainer replaced & etc...

setau aku bunyi ping pong dalam tank tu kadang floater dalam tank, yg nak gauge kau nye minyak brapa banyak which reflects on your meter. kalau kau ckp psl cable pulak, aku taktau la.

 

kalau bunyi tak tak tak tu aku tak tak tak tau la bro, dulu aku nye meter rosak bunyi mesen grinding. mcm tgh grind batu gitu bunyi dia. haha. jauh kau melancong sampai ke upp thompson..

 

oh floater tu mmg slalu buat bising eh?ke kalau tank da nk empty je eh? and ape nk buat, pat east nye mech sume aku kena tipu uh..lol,tkde jodoh ni namanye..eh kau tinggal simei?baik uh,kalau kau gi workshop ajak aku ah.blh intro aku pat kedai2 east yg kau singgah :)

aku da try tapi tk dpt determine pulak dari mana.part pusingkan tayar aku kena tunggu ade lagi satu org tlg..haha sal masalah nye aku tkde main stand..tapi will try it bro.thanks.

Hmmm i think shld be the hub gear assembly..tapi will check again mcm alep said,test dulu ade bising bila tayar gerak...thanks though syam! :)

 

for electrical stuff,pls page our own rxz electician izz,his cert is otw..hehe

 

haha kalau kedai ni tk leh settle aku nye wiring prob jugak then i think i might need ur help la izz..

haiz.. aku tukar pinjet to 240... previously 210..

 

 

tapi engine makin mengerang... bunyi rabak. vibration rabak. minyak rabak.

Takut shaft mainstand kau patah atau lobang dah gaung.Hantar gi welding dan tukar shaft 60 ketul:cool:

Suruh mechanic pakai machine yang sedut brake fluid pas tu top up baru dan try,Maybe after 1 day dah okay.Kalau takde mungkin disc brek bengkok atau caliper dah rabak

fiq_91, pergi kedai tachyon motors belakang tampines safra, carik mekanik nama AMIR, dia orang melayu and is very reliable ..Aku ada problem selalu pergi kat dia, dia tak ketuk..he will show you all the defects then ask you whether want to change or not..and everything is stated inside receipt..motor bapak aku and aku punya is under his care all this while..

lau nk tuka main jet or pilot jet,kene tgk jgk size piston da bape n what modifications u have done,lets say ride@drive recommend 230 eh n havoc's piston size is 150..mane cukup tu minyak,lame2 bobos/sieze/jem panas cos not enuf fuel supply,lau nk pakai main jet kecik bole,provided the pilot jet yg di pakai tu besar or pilot jet bia standerd main jet pakai besar,noe the purpose of these jets in the carburator first,den u will understand better,IMHO,main jet doesnt affect the mileage much cos the main jet starts working only at FULL throttle,dont tell me u full throttle all the way kn..hehe..btw,my main jet is 145,pilot 27.5,set sendiri..trial n error..amcm??till now bike werking fine..hehe

ur bike rendah kan? if yes, bukak ur mainstand would solve ur prob. OR, kasi tinggi balik ur bike. :)

guys, may i noe wats d problem if d headlight, taillight n speedometer light is nt working, i mean lampu smua mati ar... but neutral light, signal light n also brakelight still working... is it bcoz of d fuse, or rectifier or d coil? tks guys in advance...

ok thanks ucie..aku will try dtg service pat kedai tu..tapi right now,aku nye wiring prob,mech pat upper thomson tu da goda2 halfway,so IYO shld i just let him settle it 1st?ke terus tukar kedai?sal dia da tukar rectifier coil etc...

wahhh aku nye the exact opposite of kau nye bro..wiring prob aku is headlight tailight and speedometer light ade..tapi brake light signal light and neutral light sume tkde..kata mech aku my prob is overcharging..dunno about urs plak eh..sorry.

Kao ckp ke marah2 ni?Lain org lain cara lah,Aku pernah pakai Internal pakai 250 whack sampai rpm 11 tak pernah jam pun.Kalau kao pakai jet besar setting tak ngam pun motor mendak kan?Yang penting minyak ngan angin nak kena selari tu yang aku tahu selama 16 thn naik motor dari Yamaha,KTM,Aprilia sampai Honda
