Hey there bros thanks for replying to my questions! Any idea how much does a 8 stick 18'' inch racing boy sport rim is? 17'' inch excel chrome rims? Thanks! Kindly let me know the price with tyres and without tyres. And is it true that in SG you get new rims you give your old rims they reduce the price for you? And okok dont think i always ask questions only. I've got some really rare and interesting stuff for all our Z members

Hi Guna, btw bike shop normally dunt accept trade ins of our rims, normally dey jus sell it but it is best if u jus take back ur rims n kip it

whts the diff between excel asia and takasago excel rim? issit local made, japan made? Do you guys think its advisable to change our reed valve? does any one here use aprillia or brembo brake discs? how much would it cost for 2nd hand? And just to compare prices. . how much did it cost you guys to port your block and fit in a new piston? and ya port carburetor too. I'm refering the porting prices in susur(aqua lane) preferably ah boy shop!

Ouh, u mean bubbles coming frm ur "block" area eh? U gotta noe whch area it's coming frm; top block head area or the block itself. Bubbles and smoke comin out means loose or worn off "tiang" thread. But to me, the prob shld b as simple as replacing the gaskets to a fresh new ones. Coz tis prob very rare to happen unless u everytime open up ur block or ram ur bike wif ur oversized piston. If it does, u will hav a hard time kick startin ur bike wen the engine is cold. And if u listen carefully, there'll be tis rattling sound coming frm ur block area...

wah,aku nye motor pon every morning nk start kena on choke...petang pon kadang2.and ade rattling sound jugak.tapi so far no prob leh bro syam..kata mech aku is sal setting tk betol eh?ke dia tipu eh?lol.

aku rase common kot tuk loose speed. aku pon sometimes need to down gear.

excel takasago asia is NOT local. excel takasago is made in JAPAN. IMHO, the quality of the excel takasago JAPAN is much much more better as compared to the asia which then contributes to the high price of the rims. about reed valve, its up to you i guess. coz some mech @ jb says that the aftermarket ones are better and some says the standard ones better but with little modifications dont to it.

What wantongkol said is true. The only difference is in the quality, price and the name printed on the rims.

Bro if want to change your reed valve change to the carbon fiber one. that one lighter than normal one.

its a valve to control fuel air intake from carb to engine.its located in between carb and block,in the big black rubber tube connecting carb to the block.

Aku black rangers moto yang paling slow and buruk di sini.Ingat nak tuka sprocket 16/39 okay tak.Eh btul ke diorang ckp RXZ piston 1.50 keatas semua local?Aku nyer piston kadang2 cam bunyi ring gitu,Kalau malam tak sangat.Dahlah nasib macam kentang,Carb kena curi binawe tul,Gi JB 7 hari jer mcm2 sial ade,Takde cctv ke mscp?Sekarang 2nd hand Mikuni ngan jarum ori pun nak $50!Siapa tahu kdai mana bikin clutch plate bagus?

HEHE well i know of this malaysian friend also ported his block,i used his bike too.Its excellent.Well if u always ensure there is enuff 2T and when you wanna open abve 160km/h just pour some 2T in the tank too it wouldn't seize the piston.Of course your air and fuel settings must be enuff to feed. And don't everyday do that la ride 80-100 is enuff unless sme days you wanna race!Well guys remember i told you all i got smeth to share? Its actually the manual for rxz 5 speed,6 speed and catalyzer. its really cool stuff! I dont noe how many times copy and paste the link here it says the moderator must apprve and all tht.Anyways i will be back after saturday hope by then the manual post would appear! TC GUYS! So any one know the prices of porting block and carb at ah boy jb??

Ouh... Sori I forgot to specify somethings, wen I said hard to strt wen cold, it means really VERY hard to strt. Pullin of choke simply introduce more air into tge carb for easy startin purposes. Tat one, is setting prob ah, nt the tiang prob. The tiang prob u nd to make the engine hot to be able to start the bike; push start the bike eg.

 

An wen I said rattlin, I dnt mean the norm, piston or piston ring or crank rattling; hw to describe it eh? Hmmm... It sounded.... like.......... U knockin both ur top head and block together, very fast... Like somethin gone loose(basically the tiang loose ah). I thnk tat is hw it shld sound like lh. Lol!

 

Just chck for tis symptoms ah. Response and power wise of ur bike feels almost the same. I kena many time alrdy, so sharing je. Ni pon mcm nk kene lagi ni... Lol!
