Balestier rd turning to jalan besar

Hi all,

 

Yesterday was riding from balestier rd turning to jalan besar. Seldom ride there and notice the traffic light was red when I do U-turn instead of turning right. It was a red arrow light. Is it counted beat red light? Cos the front car was doing U-turn then I turn after him.

Yes it is. Red arrow means right turn or u turn cannot proceed. If there is no time to proceed then just wait behind the stop line as usual. Next time please be more careful. This kind of junction with the right turn traffic light is complicated and can easily cause accidents because the junction usually very big, if you beat the light you may not clear the junction before the next wave of traffic starts and result in an accident.
