he ask me if next year he can join another new course onot? if can. he might quit his sch now

And waste one year doin nothin? Your friend could meet the course manager and ask for a transfer..Its not too late to change course..o_O

chances that he quit den sch back is very slim. who would wan some one whom got e place den quit jus because he don wan sch. For his place in sch, maybe 20 -30 people are fighting to get it. He schould be thankful to be able to get a place in sch. y bother to choose some course that he don wan in e first place ? :giddy:
