how does selling/re-loan a motorcycle works??

Newbie here. I am currently going to get my class 2A soon, therefore, i was thinking of selling my 2011 gilera st runner fully stocked, very very new,parked under shelter, serviced and washed frequently. I read on the bikemart and realised my bike was still worth around $6k from the prices i see there. I eyed on a cb400 spec 1 mileage 125k COE ending on the 2018 price $6.7k.

 

My friend A, is interested in my bike, however, cannot pay me full cash immediately, so I cant pay full cash to the owner of the cb400. Interestingly i heard from the bike shop that there was something about reloan. So, my questions are:

 

How does a reloan work?

Does my bike worth $6k ?

Does that cb400 spec 1 worth $6.7k?

Is the fuel consumption and maintenance between this 2 bikes very far off?

What are the steps/tips so that i can pay the minimum in order to upgrade to a 2A?

 

*im a student in a local polytechnic, 20 this year. The runner was given to me by my dad. I do not want to use his money for this upgrade therefore researching on how to get this done.
