update. i found the source of the problem already.

 

i opened my box to keep my stuff this morning and i IMMEDIATELY found out that one of the wires came off from the...... ummm......... crimped connector.

 

its almost as if i opened the box and the wire shouted at me "HEY I'VE COME LOOSE!"

 

aint that great! no need to go figure like the last time u did.

 

hahahaha basic electrical skill - this needs to be perfected otherwise lots of loose end/problem will start to appear. Our HID installer always never fail to get this right & the last job came back to us & it took us 3 hours jus to check it was a loose connector - so open circuit - no power - no HID lighs... :faint:

 

Guys jus passed my bike inspection.....

anyway uncle lim you go where inspect yr bike? HId no take out ah?

it depends on which shop you go to fix.

 

hou heng will need to plus exta RM$25 and change coolant for nothing.

Got I unplug it laaa - remember the connectors i tool outside the box from the rear lamp assy...

oohhhhhhh okay. oh yes yes i remember something about a switch u had for the LED strips.

 

update! my box brake LED strip is working again. i fitted back the stripped wire into the ..... round thing. (someone enlighten me on what its called). and used a proper crimper to press all the "round things".

anyway, to damestro: thanks for the recommendation to restore the chrome on my rims using autosol & fine sandpaper. wootz. now rims are back to shiny!
