item 3 can be found in scrap yard near yew tew there ... all for $ 50+ .. but the condition is bad lo.. but if u want good condition i can sell you my e33 box + base plate + dont know what bike rack....

Haha zed, if i say the workmanship is good, I dare say its better than what kenneth and other bike tiam can offer , no offence to kenneth or bike tiam, not that i dont trust you, but the person who offered that service has already did more than 1000 over cars and 100 over bikes...

 

If u tear open my sai tao, you will see NOT a whole MESS of wire at all, all you see is stock wirings, and very neatly put away wires. If they are willing to redo my entire bike's wiring, I will not hesitate to invest.

 

I do not just simply dump my money into things that i do not know.. Sometimes even though i really duno, but i reckon that this HID investment is costly, but worth while because looking at the amount of work the installer did.

 

and PS, he did not just connect to the batteeries and add a switch. It is connected via the main headlight switch, and will only be on when i turn on + high beam.

 

cmon zed, you know what kind of bike owner i am. I am a very anal bike owner. so anal that today i am still pretty irritated by my scratched up fairing, and why my radiator shoots up so fast, not as before.

 

so i believe this is a very fair way i would like to invest my $$ to, and i believe thats what most will do too.. HID is useful... because yesterday i went AGL with my friend to buy 2t, the whole AGL black out.. from the bridge till petronas... Most cubs or bike cant see sh*t...

Wat a long story of explaination... Money is yours no one can control u on that only u have the say on this but from my point of view .... DIY is one of the good things that have to learn. Unless the parts is diffcult or regards to safety example BRAKES then shop to do... But if for me headlights can do ourself .. BY doing it yourself can get knowleadge that money can't buy at all... parent can bring us to sch but if u don't want to learn is nothing... i myself tried some of the stuff and doing it myself upon doing one thing i learn some of the other stuff while doing the first all these knowledge can't be bought by money ... so if things to break down on yr bike yrself u know wat went wrong and if u bring to bike shop the shop can't cheat u telling u other parts spoil amd make u spend more money.... less chance to be a carrot

reminds me of the Suntec incident. ever since that day, i vowed only to go bike shop for major assignments or assignments that involved the environment, like disposal of engine oil.
