lol yah do some minor job... i use car side indicator on me bike and make my original signal like as a normal headlight which is yellow yet my bike still need a little bit more sticker... but the finnishing not that pro le but it was fun and satisfying DIY mah new learning experience cause i was rushing doing it cause need to use bike tomorow fetch me GF... what i did : DIY racing exhaust ENDURANCE i did my own exhaust my own preference sound... sounds like DRZ 400... but i swap back to my original stock cause my gf dunt like the sound she like silent2 lol... open up my airbox mod open port airfilter... way better pick up and more power hehe... do a 12 hour fast paintwerk and putty the dented plastic not that good but still lovin it... install car side indicator and some mode on me wiring... still planing on doing my double signal juz waiting for my relay which i order last week... but overall im quite happy le cause i use 12 hours of my time...

if anyone of u want this aftermarket exhaust tell me ah cause i wanna do other project so need some funding... im letting go at $88... u try confirm u love it... got thumbs up from many people this pipe... but beware illegal hahaha... so i make a safety mode on this pipe at below 5 RPM very quite like GPR $88 and itz urz ENDURANCE rocks

itz a second hand Endurance pipe i got from my fellow mech which is sooooo damn loud but empty vessel... i strip the end can rivet and do some of my magic werk hehe do my own silencer insert new pakaging and i got myself a solid pipe really ah u ride it then u can feel it ah miss the pipe liao maybe i should find a new GF and keep the pipe huahuahua... but still loose to my best mod lol my P PLATE LOL

not much cause i never send my bike to motorshop and let them chop2 me i DIY all of my project and even maintain my own bike servicing tuning and bla2...

im aimming for that rectangle pair of mirrors also. but still cant get over the mental barrier of worrying that they will get stolen.

 

how's the airbox mod like? removing the original paper element and replace w/ cone-shaped ones? a/f tuning need to re-adjust right?

haha yah i still remember how it felt when mine was stolen on the 1st day it been installed so damn dulan... airbox is one of the cheapest mod i made cost me around $22.80 minus 80 cent discount lol... SHARK brand open port filter on my carb and my friend gave me his ex gilera engine overflow filter so i save on that... yup it need to be re adjust... it gives a VVVVVV sound and more pick up and power itz one hell of a great and cheap mode highly recommended... oh and ya the best thing is u dunt damage ur airbox cause ur not using it haha... itz open port... hehe so can keep ur airbox for spare with the stock filter inside...

and guys after striping this bike a part and comparing with other bike that i have striped... i found out that our carb system is juz way different and unique from others... the system runs and looks like the gilera runner and also similar to a car throttle body system... not like the uncivilized carb use normally on other bike... cause i got a fail project i bought a wrong carb lol RS 125 carb anyone lol

i still dunt feel it bro cause i still pump once a week... but if u want to make ur fuel consumption high i can help u do it lol... actually the most effect on fuel comp is the main jet if u change it to a bigger jet then more fuel go in hence more fuel burn and in return u got more power... adjusting the a/f i dunt think it will have a dramatic effect on ur fuel comp but the riding feeling and style that it gave u the shiokness of REMP-IT after u mod it make the fuel comp higher i presume LOL...

idling is just an adjustment for ur RPM low or high at ur preference itz the a/f screw the one u need to adjust using a flat screwdriver to get the optimum performance
