My last tyre change wanted to use 80/90 and 90/80, front and rear respectively. But was told, 'u sure buang 1 with this combination' by the staff. When I heard the word 'buang' i scared liao. Not scared pain, but scared next year premium rocket to the sky. LOL

relax lah. it's already batalax 039~

if it's not grippy enough, then we need 3M to start making tyres already~

wider tyres probably give a more stable feel when cornering. but i not racer + on stock footrest. there's not much of cornering i can do. so the front 80 rear 90 combi works gd enough for me. :p

pls save more money for ur future instead of spending them on those things that u love. even though its yours after u bought it which u can call it as ur asset, but its actually ur liability.

its damn hard to live in sgp without much money in hand as u grow older.

Guys, ride safely. Road is not for playing.

Hello there, I'm purchasing a CBR150 this coming weekend and wish to replace the bulb inside the headlamp.

Could anyone share with me how does one remove the headlamp? Couldnt seem to find it in the manual.

even if u rich or working full time, its still ur liability. fulfilling ur needs is better than fulfilling ur wants. :)

ran out of ideas to DIY for cbr150, so now tinking of embarking on DIY soundproofing project for the m2. raw materials are quite costly.

u can remove the bulb from behind the headlamp. do not need to remove headlamp at all.

there's a rubber cover u need to remove before u can access the bulb holder. depress the bulb holder/connector inwards (towards the headlamp casing) & turn anti-clockwise. the holder/connector comes off & bulb can then be pulled out.

if u have not much mechanical experience, suggest u pay some school fees and watch the motorshop do it 1st. this can give u a rough idea of the steps involved. learn and use the knowledge for the next bulb change~

hi guys, thinking of changing to a cbr 125 from my current SP to reduce cost on upkeep and FC... any chance you guys know the 125 well?

if so, where can you find racing footrest for the 125 and the price?

Cheap + fast = no good

Cheap + good = not fast

Good + fast = not cheap

Used bike. Previous owner just told me bulb not working, hence i bought myself a replacement to fix before taking off.

@d0n, would I need any tools to remove that rubber cover? And how much would the shop charge me?

Isn't riding with 1 headlight non-standard/TP-will-stop?

with almost everything else the same size as cbr150 except for the head fairing section, u will find the cbr125 just as small~

i have been riding w/ only one side of headlight switch on so far, no problems w/ TP & ROV.

:cheeky:

when it's raining or really dark, then i switch on high beam w/ both headlights.

since u alrdy bought the bulb, should try DIY bah. be prepared of getting cut here and there on ur hand if ur hand is as big or bigger than mine. its quite difficult to DIY on the first try, but u will get used to it.

no tools required. dont bring ur own bulb go bike shop. if u want to see how they do, just bought another 1 from them. they wont charge u extra labour, coz they alrdy include it on the price of the bulb itself.

so long got light on, TP wont stop u 1.

me too. cant be bothered to change the faulty bulb. both gone case then change together. lol just dont get caught by TP while on the way to bike shop.

Best to keep a spare bulb with the bike. In case the other fails and ur riding at night, can replace on the spot. Else, no light, ride is a bit tricky at night
