Never use WD40 - it is a penerating oil to help remove jamed bolts, nuts & moisture. WD40 is not a lubricating oil.

:nono: :nono: :nono: :nono:

ya if ya use wd40, its not thick enuff to stay on chain... need those chain lubes where they will stay on to lube the chain..

HEY FOLKS!

GONG HEI FATT CHOY!!!

can i ask a really silly qn?

der pipe behind der front wheel (duno wat's it's called...), is dotted with rust due to the rainy season recently.. how ar?

do i have to sandpaper der rust off den use WD40 or i have to change it completely?

and also, some screws are rusted as well...

my helmet seems a bit loose... after i strap der velcro on and i turn my head left and right, der helmet can move wan!

time to change helmet right?

sorry ar.. i know my qns sound v silly... clueless lah...

It's called the header (exhaust) pipe. You don't need to change it, this is normal. If you want you can remove it and paint it with high temp black paint but in time it will just burn off and look like that again.

Otherwise go up to Thailand and get yourself a nice stainless steel header pipe. Probably an oversized diameter one.

NICE!

My friend did this for his sonic.
