Slightly, not critical but it irkes me. My sprockets and chain still serviceable so did not do anything about it. Now want to change liao, can replace the sprocket too. Thinking of front14 rear42 for better acceleration.

 

Yeap this combination will let u push yr bike into redline easily but FC will be worse .............

don't worry if one of your bulb blow. mine blow right, yours blow left, if we travel side by side, then got 1 full set liao right?

 

U guys know that once you blow one bulb, usually the other one will go soon also? Best is to replace both bulbs in one go, less chance of blowing up the other one shortly after...

a friend of mine change his chain and sprocket combination at this sorta famous shop at jalan bapok side there.. its nearest to MOBIL uh.. and its beside this small grocery shop thingy..=) i forgot the shop name but its chinese fellas..1 really tall guy and others short2.. haha..and thr's a chinese lady inside.. check it out uh.. some call that shop anjang or panjang.. cause he's tall..taller than me..! i'm 1.8m btw..

care to share the brand of the sprocket and chain? i'm aiming stock sprockets, but chain may look in to DID or EK ones.

 

brand of chain is DID i think.. as for sprocket, i'm nt quite sure uh.. the mech put his greasy hands on the branding.. stupid mech.. anyways, chain is gold chain though..guess it lasts longer does it..? u can go to the anjang place thingy..look out for tall chinese fella..=)

Leng keng road is near Alexander side - FF at s$40 is cheap go quickly .....

i'm not too sure about it being 'gold', gold is too soft and will probably snap. i think it's more important is it's x-ring or o-ring type. i read that x-ring puts less friction between the links.

if safety, i would use stock. i wouldn't be changing mine if not cos it's spoilt, so i guess it's up to you.

gold chains doesn't mean it's better actually, the color is just plated on. aesthestic purposes only.

 

i using the "gold" chain now on my CBR150R. i will choose to use back stock DID chain anytime now. lousy gold chain.

AHM exhaust? which one is it like? is the finish shiny or carbon? rough price?

 

it is silver color like those Super4 exhaust end-can.

abit shorter than our original exhuast, so its quite obvious.

anyway Red_Devils, there are currently no legal aftermarket pipes available in the market that all of us in this thread know of leh~

 

DID manufactures a wide range of chains also. some are better quality than others. got cheap got expensive.

i usually go to Hou Heng (the one that is just next to JB ah boy, not the one right at the front of the lane).

it closes on alternate Mondays.

waiting time may be slightly longer than other shops as they only got 2 mechs (including the boss) + 1 newbie.

pricewise, they are not the lowest. but i like the way the mechs handle repairs.
