They wants to prevent sales of cheap petrol to SG vechiles entering MAS using a tag system. No tag, no sales.

trust me either they won't implement or take ages to implement. i think the jb market 50% Singaporeans.

Economically i think they won't but if other reasons such as making life hard for singaporeans they will la. thats what they are best at what.

Talk is not cheap, talk is free. LOL

Implementation is expensive, but the savings/benefits are 100 or 1000 times over the years. Any Govt in this world dont see short term investment 1.

I dont think they can implement this system in the near future, guess the earliest is six mths from today or maybe a year. :cheeky: The longer the better. :cheeky: :cheeky:

they will then abolish this system when no singaporeans support their lame ideas. well all this could be singapore gvt suggestion to them looking the number of singapore vehicles topping up at jb.

I guess the main reason is that, Msia Govt don want to subsidies petrol for us already. With this, they dont hve to spend unnecessary expenses, they also earn more as you pay more. :cheeky: :cheeky: :cheeky:

In any situation, any form of subsidy will produce inefficiency - in the MY fuel subsidy case the inefficiency is RM40 billion......... they cant raise the price bec then the MY ppl will revolt thru voting or roits similar to the indonesian case. The MY garmen is not trageting SG, bec U should see the long loong looong Qs along their Northern border, trucks waiting to buy cheap cheap ... fuel ................. SG even got 3/4 tank rule ............

I think it will take a long time before they can come up with any form of manageable control - short of raising fuel prices across the board ............. :giddy:

Thats true, but Msian is better than Indonesian. When certain prices go up, not only the Govt kena.

Its written Sgp and Thailand on the paper. Even they are not targetting Sgpeans, but the fact is, we also got to pay the same price as those Thais, coz they got to be fair. :( :sian:

Agree with that la but if i'm going to save only a few cents by pumping their petrol, then i'll be the first few to boycott them. But then again, with cheap cigarettes i might reconsider. :cheeky: :cheeky:

Monday 12.30pm. no jam going in, ate wonton noodles at motorshop lane, refueled and go home by 2pm. slight jam while heading out, but skipped via biometric.

security checks are more stringent due to the increase of contraband cigarettes.

I think its quite a good price and I believe what you got is our CBR stock chain. DID 428Vx124 O-Rings. I got a quotation around $65 + $15 labour fee = $80 x 2.3 = RM184. Good deals... :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Btw, made in Japan or Thailand? If its Japan, best deal. :D :D :D
