Its hard to imagine Derrick as the racer bike with the big box at the back... so how come he can go so much faster than u Zed? Has he modified his bike more? Different sprockets, CDI? What is the benefits of the racer footrests for the rear brake? Willing to try variations as my big feet always get stuck when braking or shifting gears... more distance might be a good thing for me

got box still can go fast what. i dun feel much difference in handling with a box on the CBR150R.

you managed to fix up the car's horn? so no voltage difference? do you know the brand and model of the horn?

the racing footrest will have your feet resting at a much higher point, meaning your knees will be lifted above the fuel tank. it's not for you.

I didn't mean that we cannot go fast with box or that it affects handling, its just that the bike doesn't look like racer with huge box at back. Obviously, if Derrick can go over 160 kph (outpacing Zed) he must have done something to the bike?

another one? i don't think it'll help cos the same set will just blast the same loudness and tone, go check the Stebel website specifications.

 

the only way you can get louder is to setup a separate switch connected to an AIR powered horn. something special you can activate when you can't be bothered to give the finger.

i think i should clarify that we only played 160 on the stretch between SG and JB checkpoint. once on JB highways, we lost Derrick cos Wandi was doing 100 while Derrick 130 (he was the first marker). therefore we lost sight of him and didn't realise.

for all ur info., the purpose of changing to racing footrest is to have more clearance below, so that u can corner lower..

so its more of for ppl who play cornering..

 

for stock footrest if u notice, u kup lower a bit more, u scratch ur footrest..

then, u go notice others with racing footrest.. its fixed at a higher spot..

 

and changing to a racing footrest so far i heard it will decrease braking power not increase..

u cannot refer to derrick's braking power mainly because.. he changed to brembo brakes + steel brake hose..

i tried to take out the screws from the fairing so tt i can wash my fairing easier. but i realise tt the teeth on the screws is already damage which means i cant remove my fairing lah. so dead
