I am thinking of going JB 2molo to have my radiator changed - anyone keep to come along, most likely around noon time..

Sorry Uncle Lim, I cant make it. Got work & class today.

Anyway, what does radiator mean & work in our bike? Y do u need to change? Spoilt or for any prevention purpose? :p

Guys, ride safely. Road is not for playing.

David, i just emailed 2 Nology dealer in Canada.

my friend who lives there has offered to ship the items back to us. he says it's much cheaper in US and Canada. i'll update you when i have any news.

Wat goodies are u shipping in?

Oh ya... Forgot to reply ur message.

I hve tried to compare the prices between Msia & US, they are almost the same. Msia only quote higher price on the Hotwire. However, getting directly from US or Canada will give more assurance on quality. :thumb:

hahahhaha you're hilarious...

btw is fully synthetic EO or semi better? i used fully for the last EO change and running for 4500km+/- already.

Ofcoz fully is better than semi. But for our bike, I believe Semi is good enough. It depends on your own preference though. :p

no worries, my radiator is leaking. Radiator is for cooling our bike, btw our CBR150 is water cooled.

DIY~

it takes only 2 screws to remove the radiator and probably another 2 more screws to plug the hoses off the radiator.

with the radiator out, u can work on the radiator fan, etc at ease.

can even consider spraying a radiator wire mesh for cosmetic purpose!

:p

Water cooled.. hmm. Actually what is the difference between water and oil cooled? The other one is oil cooled right? Or am I mistaken?

EO is castrol fully synthetic and SP is denso brand. but i forgot the numbers. costs me $7. u guys think its ok to let it run for 10,000km?

can, provided ur engine oil is at the required level, check the colour also, cannot be too dark, but best is change at 6000km, can last till 10k also depending on ur riding style
