Benchmarking means u compare with the best, not crap.

 

Compete with urself is not an effective way. Y? Coz its all based on ur own assumptions instead of the fact. If u disagree, pls tell me how u compete with urself. :angel:

One should first contemplate what constitutes as "best". Is one's test results a good yardstick with acquiring the best knowledge? At a glance, for sure it is. But which holds more importance, the means to the end to a student that best assimilates that knowledge in class and failing tests in order to learn better or the student that does whatever it takes simply to score that 100%?

 

And Zed, isn't it funny that you chose to use test results, which is a system that is created in order for teachers, ehem ehem, to most quickly assess the capabilities of her students, to use in your comparisons with yourself? I just questions the use of secondhand, low quality data (entirely my opinion) to gauge one's capabilities. Seems like lazy assessment to me. :confused:

Kena stuck there got good & got bad laaa - up to you to make the best of it - they PAD are trying to make a political statment ( a rather expensive 1 lor ) - can be depressing - judging from the expression on my fellow hotel guests. So i became a travel consultant - telling them to go here, go there, do this & do that............... :lol:

Itinerary: Flush coolant, electromagnetic horn installation and more.

 

Attendees:

1. Zed (DIY horn)

2. Kenneth (coolant + misc)

3. Lee Zongren (DIY Magnum Stebel Horn + coolant.)

4. Stanley Tan (DIY horn tapeing + coolant)

5. DERRICK LEE (COME BE SUPERVISOR AND USE CAP LOCKS ON ALL OF US)

6. Wandi (showing off revo)

7. Matt (DIY Learning Session LOL)

8. d0n^ (try to restore rims from oxidizing + kapoh washing equipment from ZhengYuan to wash bike)

9. David (Re-wire horn cable + See2-Look2)

 

To all >> please use the above template so we can get a rough idea of who is coming to do what. if there is something you'd like to DIY, just add to list. those coming to assist with eye power please also include your name.

Ok ok. To all that is attending the DIY. I'll be the person bringing you all to zeds garage. My bike will be the silver CBR with NO FAIRING. My Fairing will be taken out for the day. So here are the details

 

Location of meeting: King Albert Park Mac. [entrance of drive thru.]

Date: 13 Dec [sat]

Time: 8.30am [pls be on time. I will move off at 8.50am]

Destination: Zed's garage.

Remarks: Err.. I don't think so? Just remember to bring yr own tools... and when you are attaching the tools on the pillion seat, pls secure it properly.. Don't make it fly.

OK OK.. As many of you guys have prolly noticed.. LTA may have sent some gay looking brochure to your house..

 

before you think is because you never on headlight or you never insert cashcard into ERP then kena fine.. IT IS NOT!

 

 

Well it is a brochure telling you that LTA has recently drawn a new cool looking drawing on the road to try and make you pay for not giving way to the bus!

 

ok. so here is how it goes. It is specially dedicated for buses exiting their bustops... There is this triangle drawn under the word of bus. If you do not stop behind the triangle and give way.. IT IS AN TRAFFIC OFFENCE. The really cool and expensive drawing is implemented / going to be implemented @ bukit batok east ave 3 and toh tuck road.

 

These 2 locations are near my place.. and please.. see triangle pls rmb moneh is at stake and TP will sometimes jump up and say OHAI! then u kena monehhhh...

 

so pls take note!

lol. if u tell this to my grandparents who are retired in australia, they'll laugh their white hairs off....

 

according to them, its a custom to give way to each other. u just signal, wait for the guy to give way, final safety check, and go.

 

whereas in Sink-A-Poor, u notice its always using fines and $$$ to get things done.
