MO for CBR150 exhaust endcan. Started 11/12/08, ends 28/12/08, collection 28/01/09.

 

Part number 18310-KPP-910 for older bike without key-shutter. Price $58 including government profit.

1) Shaun the 'whitefang'

2) ZR the 'cpt'

3) Derrick the 'thisisme'

 

Part number 18310-KPP-930 for newer bike with key-shutter. Price $64 including government profit.

1) Zed

2) Richard the 'limbat'

 

Encan only, does not include header. $30 deposit to be collected. I will only be organising this MO once since i won't be buying a new exhaust for the next few years.

Ok ok. To all that is attending the DIY. Cpt.ZR be the person bringing you all to zeds garage. Look out for a silver CBR with NO FAIRING. Fairing will be taken out for the day. So here are the details

 

Location of meeting: King Albert Park Mac. [entrance of drive thru.]

Date: 13 Dec [sat]

Time: 8.30am [Pls be on time. Move off at 8.50am SHARP. Late comers to figure out ur own way there.]

Destination: Zed's garage.

Remarks: Do remember to bring yr own tools and secure them properly.

guys

pls do some visual checks on yr end-can screws securing it to the header. mine are so rusted that they got stucked. as such, no way to remove the end-can frm the header unless u do some welding to screws etc.

 

will be wasteful if u realised yr end-can screws are stuck after buying a new end-can! :giddy:

Thanks for the heads up. My bike is only 1 year old and the end can scrues were pretty hard to remove. I checked the scrues and they have rusted from the inside. Probably cause the high heat. I applied some greese to the threads

Zed, do check if the Endcan will come with the screws to install since most of us will have worn out screws.

 

they will not. but i've alread know to go to Kelantan lance screw shop to buy these standard screws.

 

in stainless steel.

just 5 bikes in that space... already so crammed... wonder what if our whole gang gathers one day. Nvm. up next JB. will organise once i am more financially free.

 

regarding the voltmeter... i'll drop by some day to get it installed and pass u the dollars for it.... and get my tool box from u too. spankew for keeping it for me...

there's a shop behind ah boy. just ride around . that area isnt very big... u will see this shop that has 2 wooden counters.

I figured that if i did all the DIY stuffs at shop... i'll be chopped at least $70 if not more. I told XY this... about how much i saved... and the next thing i knew... lunch was on me :giddy:

 

but it was a lunch well spent! :angel:

 

anyways... the white bulbs look normal during the day. but at night they look so lovely.........
