sounds to me more like a plug issue w/ the added description given by stanley himself.

probably the issue w/ engine blk made the plug easier to foul...?

i have taken over the accounts as our organiser is too busy with making sure we get good prices with his public relations. here is the cost breakdown, including government profit.

 

Set A

clutch plates and gasket= $47.40

 

Set B

clutch cable= $8.60

 

Zongren, Don and Sansan have paid up $40 so far. our organiser will also update you on a recommended item of change, the ball bearings inside. that costs less than $10.

 

Set A and B prices are confirmed, and are for your accounts. we will settle the rest in person on the 8th.

actually ah don.... how to tell if clutch cable need to change? i ordered 1 clutch cable since it only costs $8+. my mileage 35XXX liao... and never change cable before.

bearings price are not included, but we reccomend u to change because its been running since it got out of production line. I also changing.

We do not know the clutch Spring got how many, but the lady told us 1 set. We assume 1 set got 4 springs.

 

The bearings we suggest that you change, because the bearing have been running with the bike for a long time already. Since open up le, just change lor.

 

As for the $40 some of you paid, it is insufficient, so ON THE DAY ITSELF, please pay it to the accountant Mr Collectees. Why the rate is not enough because we mass ordered the clutch and there is not enough parts, so dealer got to outsource which will cost a little bit more. Thus the price increase. AND DONT FORGET, we didnt add in GST.

i duno how to spot a malfunctioning cable as well.

the best is to do maintenance la.

drip some oil into the ends of the cable.
