hi guys. i could like to ask is that if i wan to buy a second hand iu, the bike has to be scarp then i can get it and go to vicom to transfer before i can use to go thru erp grantries. but what if the iu i getting from is from a car going to be scarp, and i get it fixing it on a bike. is there any problem or same ?

 

means can scarp car IU transfer to bike?
