I just passed my license and I'm currently serving the nation. As most of you know our allowance is just way to small to do anything. So i want to check with all the cubs riders , do De Xing allow me to downpay $500 for a new rider like me below 21 or minimum I have to down my insurance price. I'm looking for 125z actually. Need so e feedback! Thank!
