Hi fellow cbr6 riders,

 

I'll be collecting my cbr6 this week and just hope to get some advices of what I should look out for?

Anyway,can anyone advise me on the procedures of running in my ride?

hanxx.. not again.. on run in process.. it have been told 1000 time.. pls try to page back to late 200 plus page or maybe u can ask dafansu when he bike his bike.. i think i advice him before..

 

croqbar84 green and black edition.. hmm... currently if i am not wrong beside me owning 1 otr next person is half half.. in sg i have not see a 3rd one... hahaha.. maybe i am wrong!!! anyway those period of time when this model was out only a few bikeshop carry and not much ppl buy due to jap yen was really high back than.. i bought my bike for machine price abt 20k.. otr close to 25k.. so only silly rider like me will go for it.. i love it cause it is green and black and i pimp them like same scheme color

 

8eva... wat is ur budget for the lever.. nowaday china made one are going for abt 100 apair.. ebays are also selling these price so not really worth to order online..

2nd hand late model like 07-09 i seldom see at bikeshop and sbf.. early model shld be able to get..

it depend on ur budget and what u wan out of the bike..

 

05-06 model range from 9-10k

07/08 model range from 14-15k

2nd hand 09/10 model range from 16-18k

1st hand 09 - 11model range from 19.5 - 21k (depend on bikeshop)

 

Hello people (= can I ask about the price for cbr 600? Does anyone know what is the price range for cbr600? For brand new and used bike for diff year? but I don't know which year of the cbr is more worth to buy haha

i got a used OEM radiator hose,total of 9 piece.any1 need them? can fit 07~11 model.

koxie.. i quite disppointed with my oem hose.. or maybe this problem is only for full cover fairing bike (09 onward).. 1st my coolant was melted due to is too close to my exscust, than when i open up my fairing... i realise all my coolant hose was harded.. they were as hard as biscuits.. i mean these are cheep wires and hoses.. but i think if u dont openly dry them it will just end up like this after all the rain and shine..

 

so guys... pls check ur coolant area hosed and reserve coolant tank for those who are owner of 09 onward.

hmm mine seem good to till now.so you wanna get my OEM hose or an afermarket silicon hose? =)

I'm gonna get my new CBR600 in a mth's time. Hope i can get some tips here on the maintanence of the bike. Anything good and bad comments are welcome..

hanxx.. u sort of u got it right.. and to add on.. BS only cover ur warranty if u go back to service with them..

it depend on how kiasi u r.. so far i have done my run in no problem.. so u decide..

according to dafansu BS only charge abit more than outside so if ur pocket allow go back to BS...

 

Dafansu - why u say like this.. i thought u r happy with it.. hahaha.. cbr good bike hor.. 2nd hand also on high demand very hard to get leh..

sell ur bike lor.. if u dont want..

wana say a hello to all the cbr600rr riders here. i picked up the last '08 tricolor (white-red-black) from loois about 2 months back. took some time to get used to the heat but i am now really loving every ride on it.

for me is 800 1600 4000 8000 all with eo and oil filter

every 4k change as I clock about 4k in 4.5 months, low mileage zzz

on average it costs 120 per service.

that is my experience.
