Compulsory Refresher Course for Drivers With Points or Summons

Hi all

 

I am sick of drivers who do not signal (almost everyday), change lane recklessly, speeding(most of the time, at least 30-40km/h above sign) etc. When accident then they are punished is way too late. This is most evident in new drivers. Perhaps we should have an annual review system. If a motorcar driver hits a particular number of points or given a number of summons (parking included), they should go for refresher course straightaway, because it goes to show that his/her skills need brushing up. This will hit them where it is most painful so they can buckup. What say you?

make them pay with money, surely they will remember. Gahmen got revenue, driving centre got customers, we are safer, wat so bad about this? if 1 year too long, 6 months then. i really cannot stand those young punks and old idiots. just this morning at the traffic light, i stop at the left most lane, this malay uncle driving a Geely, thought his car so small, stop in the middle of first and second lane just next to me (i was there first). when green light, he straightaway makan my lane, think i non-existence. where got driving centre teach you to stop a car, lane-spliting? u r not a bike! shd really go for refresher course man!
