6) Servicing - Just replace cam chain tensioner, pillion foot rests, original air filter, mobil oil, rear susp, rk sprocket & chain, ngk spark plug and lastly irc tyres.

7) Comes with slim iu and leather cover.

Yup.. average 50km/l for my wave. No any sort of leak and engine sounds quiet and smooth.
