yes it is possible...you do not need a license in SG to own a bike....

search for "lay up" thread. all info should be there.

no need to lay up the bike. can jus get an insurance but it'll state there "NOT RIDING" till you get the license and go back to the insurance company to update on the status.

 

how do i know? i did that for my GSR. bought it a month before i even enrolled for my 2A license.
