Hi bros... i just need a rough idea on my issue. I am a garantor for a bike. But when the buyer defaulted the installments, i received a letter from bike shop that i had to pay. So i go find the buyer but was unable to. Seems hes not at home. So i went to bike shop to enquire how much i need to pay. I was harressed at their office. They demanded me to fork out $500 and sign some papers before they show me all the documents. So i declined. 1 month later they sent a lawyer letter stating the amount owed but when i told them i wan to pay provided they show me all the proper documents, they refused.

I know i supposed to hv all the documents before paying bike shop. But why the bike shop refused to show me all the black and white? Are the hiding something? I can pay them but im not goin to pay blindly......
