Class 2A practical lessons and protective gear

Hi,

 

In about 2 months time, I'm going to register for my Class 2A lessons. My question now is:

 

Do any of the centers (CDC, SSDC, BBDC) require 2A learners to wear elbow guards and knee pads?

 

When I was learning 2B in CDC, it really annoyed me that I had to wear the elbow and knee guards even though I was just practicing for TP test. Didn't make sense, since I didn't have to wear them during the TP test.

 

I'm hoping 2A learners don't have to put up with the hassle. Thinking back, I cannot recall if the 2A guys in CDC were wearing all that gear.

 

Anyway, I am likely to go SSDC even though I got my 2B from CDC.

At BBDC, elbow and knee guards required only for the lesson with Ebrake. You can always enquire when you register at your respective centre.
