My guess is, if that hit and run person just stay and say he willing to pay all the damage and hopital, we most likely willing to let him off. now, he have to pay for his crime and we have to pay for the damage he causes. the lawyer say useless in suing him for bankrupy becos all the bill add up is less then 10k.

 

Can just go ahead & sue for the repairs & medical costs right? I'm sure the medical costs including post hospitalisation treatment will run to thousands.. add loss of income, transportation bills.. I'm sure the lawyer will be able to think of relavant costs that can increase the claim amount to more than 10K..

 

If required, can also go to the most expensive bike shop to repair...

all only noes how to type wat goes around comes around but pls note that it doesnt happen only on this situation... i believe most of us did things that deserves retribution so dun act like ur a saint and type wat goes around comes around... kaoz see liao also du lan
