Homefix DIY stores have a range of strong glue specifically for plastics bonding.

This type must mix the glue from 2 tubes (something like that), but very strong bonding.

Buy Loctite instant bonding adhesive, usually only available at hardware shops in industrial areas.

Instantly bonds!... & its super strong!

Yupz.

Epoxy glue's the best, IMHO.

Used before to repair a crack I had on my ram-air tube.

Seals the bugger tightly. But its sandable so you can smooth it out to do repainting.

I used a brand called Aralme or Aralde, sumting like tat. One tube is red, the other is white.

Hi guys!

Juz asking how do u prolong the use of those elephant brand superglue?

Understand that once u opened the tube and start using it, the glue inside the tube tend to dry up very fast and soon u got to buy another tube coz inside already dried up.

Someone recommended to me to put inside fridge but doesnt work for me......

any suggestions?

It's Araldite ... Have been using it to glue solid strips and blocks of LEDs to bikes, even after many water spray jets and flying over humps - it holds strong. :thumb:

Don't put superglue in the fridge. It hardens because the solvent has evaporated - into your FOOD. :giddy:

"Alteco" brand superglue is not bad due to the cap design - so long it's not overtightened, I have had no problems opening up and using again. This is over a period of 2 months and transporting the superglue around in my toolbox.
