Class 2 in another 5 months time. Can't wait!

In retrospect Class 2 was the most fun. You are more relaxed, more experienced, the bike is a lot more fun and reliable too, also less "cramped" than the 2B/2A bikes. A bit tempting to speed inside the circuit as you practice - but need to act like the responsible adult among all the 2B and Class 3 learners - some can be very unpredictable. :)

I am having mixed feelings. Class 2 will prove to be the toughest yet for me. In contrary to what you just mentioned, the extra power, extra oomph may prove too demanding for me and of course with the expectation that I should be able to ride better than I did when I was a 2B and 2A learner. Not sure if I will be able to adapt since I was already struggling with 2B and 2A especially pylon slalom.

Power can be controlled from your wrist, and if anything, class 2 bikes are much more stable than the 2B/2A you have used before. If you ride frequently you should have no problem.

just signed up for Cl2 online and no available slots for L1!

That's terrible. Means gotta camp on their page for slots to open up.

just did my 1st lesson. currently roding 200 cc phantom so was expecting to be overwhelmed by the power of the 600cc bike but like not so powerful leh... only thing is that the bike is very heavy so very afraid of stalling the bike cos likely it will just fall on me. a will the bike stall in gear 1/2 like smaller bikes if not enuff throttle or does it have enuff torque to remain stable?

Liverpool revival has started....

I dropped the bike twice in my first lesson. Once... Dismounting the bike for the first time, so ma lu.. The other time.. Stopping near the curb and my left foot step on the drainage hole and the bike collapsed on my left.

Quit? I already passed :) it's just a matter of time that you will get the license. Preserve and you will get it. Good luck to all learners.

Impressions pls. :) Personally I liked the bike, I thought it was really nice to steer / control which is important in the circuit. More accurate to control than the YBR250. How is the throttle / power compared to what you ride outside?

Currently waiting for my TP.

The XJ600 is definitely a nicer ride than the YBR250. Throttle is a little lag/not as responsive compared to my own 400cc. I've got to twist the throttle more than what I usually do for my own bike. Not as smooth compared to my own bike. Hmmm.

Power wise - very manageable. Not a big leap from 2A to 2.
