Of course it's time to pump up the supply. With the current market already spoilt, as long as u slowly pump up the supply, the COE price isn't going to drop and you will get a higher revenue.

Then maybe its time to also review the 22 years old $4/day VEP charge on foreign bikes. Don't think they will though unless bike COE goes to 10K level
