currently on OWS engine oil.. to be frank.. the difference is minimal as compared to motul 300v..(tested on my own butt, so diff ppl might haf diff feeling) it gifs me more torque and more push when u pull ur gears.. most engine oil quite smooth throughout the rpm range..

to me motul 300v stil the best EO for me.. but it's quite costly.. and it's on the high side..

i guess the double ester formular plays a big part.. haha.. even my 2stroke days i oso use motul 2t..(motul 800)...

dun flame me.. i'm jus stating what i feel from my butt hahaass

btw motul 300v i saw @ unique ystd selling $30/bottle.. go for package will be cheaper.. nt sure hw much motoworld selling...

tks for the info bro... but do u mean

if i like to rev high at all gears.. vtecing.. travel at ard 120km/h at expressway.. use 15w 50..

if i ride normally like gear change at 4rpm then.. use 10w 40 ?

then again.. thinner oil easier to change gear ? as in more smooth not much.. "TarGGG" sound?

Thanks all for helping..

its act the opp way bro.. 15w 40 for cruising speeds.. and 10w 40 for high revs.. S the 'taarrrgg' sounds just dpns on hw u change the gear..even if u change to higher vicosity eo, doesn't mean the taarrgg sounds doesn't exist..there's a bit of technique act..u get wat i mean?

My engine is 3 years old, is it ok to use normal non syn grade engine oil like Mobil, gastrol, Total etc with STP oil treatment, and STP flush before every oil change?? Thanks

Your engine still consider new. Use full syn better - better heat disperse, protects the engine better, better FC, etc. The pros are more than the con which is only that it is more ex. If can afford, flush is recommended.

Sure bro :thumb: & thanks - full syn for next svc.

Any different in the various types of full syn oil, seemed that it provided the same good quality as mentioned.

No worries. I am have used OWS 10W40, then Mobil 1 10W40 and now Motul 7100 10W40. Motul so far, by comparison, is the best I have used. :cheeky:
