1st day bike with many problems

I need help...

 

This afternoon I took out my KR from XMotoring from bukit merah at around 3.30pm. Then I went to Bukit Batok to retrive my ic. Then when turning into Toh Guan Ave my chain snap at 6.30pm. I called Xmotoring and they told me to call this number. I then called for my bike to be brought to the bike shop. Then when I ask, to my suprise they told me that I have to pay for the tow truck because they do not have a tow truck service. So...

 

3.30pm: take out bike:thumb:

6.30pm: chain snap at toh guan ave:cry:

6.35pm: called tow truch to send bike back:dot:

6.40pm: bike shop salesman say I have to pay for the tow truck:angry:

 

So my question to you bros out there reading this is does the warranty cover for the tow truck as well since the chain snap? No accident or anything but still is it my fault?

seriously. the one month warranty i dunno what it cover also. my fren here spoil there spoil. go back to shop. and was told it was wear and tear. and they can't help chaning for free.

how did they tell u warranty? "most" shop give warranty is everything except pistons... And did u pay for the chain?

i wun pay for the tow loh... its not your fault that the chain snap wat. is the y nv check properly then give u the bike. I wun pay for the chain too.

Their chain ship after 3 hours, now telling me to pay for tow.

 

I can comfirm you that they will give me a laoya chain for the so called warranty. Then if I pay for tow, chain snap again after 'free warranty'. Another $25 for bringing back to the shop again. Wah lao eh!

i buy a 400cc bike i take out the bike at evening than at night my piston spoil bring back to my bike shop they help me do overhaul my engine but only thing is to wait for a few day. so i do think some shop will have warranty for pistons

It is just plain unlucky loh...I won't pay too but sometimes I guess we don't have a choice do we? You boarded a pirate ship liao...I really think it is better to check the bike before collecting it...even better if you got someone experience with you...try to ask someone experienced to check your bike for you after the repair will be a good choice...

I believe they didnt give u a laoya chain, just that the chain on the bike for quite long liao, some more they park the bike outside.. everytime rain and shine.. If i'll u, I wont pay either..

service is oso not the best by the way no choice as the bike i wanted was sold onli there at that point of time..go der onli to pay instalment oni..

Day 1 : IU unit, speedometer + neutral light not working even after they send for inspection. I still took out d bike dat day coz i went all d way to d shop with my frend

Day 2 : Go shop again to settle d speedometer + neutral light. On d way back, stuck somewher along AYE, electric start not working, this time need to tow to shop. Didnt have to pay for tow coz stil under warranty.

Day 3 : Went back shop with a frend to take out bike..2nd traffic light frm bike shop, bike died again. Frend help to push back d bike to shop. Rectifier got problem. After setted, bring back home.

Day 4 : Felt like selling away bike.. coz 1st days hav been such a hell of a ride. ahakz.

 

Since then i never went back to my bike shop again. They only wanna sell bike, their service after selling away d bike is not good at all. I dun wan reveal d names here.

 

Anyway to ans ur ques, by rite they shudnt charge u for tow as long as the shop has their own tow service or wat.. If dunve, then as long as u need to call OTher tow service then u need to pay la.

Yo bros, the *motoring says that they dont have any tow service so that's why I have to call the tow on my own. And bear the tow cost for myself? So must I pay for the tow? This is seriously unfair siah. Blo*dy pig, my fault me they gif me scrap chain!?

Btw, I bought my bike there, at first also alot problems, after servicing and repairing else where.. Now tip top liao... Only go there for paying of installment.. Nothing else..

The so called 1 month warranty is just to reassure the buyer (you) to buy the bike from them without havin any worries..In other words its just to sweet talk you into buyin the bike..To "sweeten" the deal..But I've yet to see/experience any bikeshop that really honour the warranty without using the excuse "wear and tear so must pay"..

went take bike told mi got IU unit but need to wait..until nw i ride a yr pluz le still cannot find my iu unit..kns de salesman.... :angry:
