KL is not far away, jus that new bike cant go fast so need quite a number of hour to reach

True true...I've done 3 fuel stops on the V to bukit kayu Hitam then 4th topup b4 heading to Thailand cos petrol more ex in Thailand

 

Speed coasting btween 140-150 but must have iron butt though!!!

Hai ..versys rider.i have a new Lowering Foot Pegs Blocks front for (07-11) from motowerk.Ordered and delivered and didn't realised that the bike already fix on one,and a used scootoiler.anybody interested,text me at 93371804.

hello guys... hello ben sorry i reply after u bought the v35> actually i also sold my v35 > im using the H nB alu standard when ben u were in KL i was in spore buying the racks.. heheh

 

ben u were asking about sprocket... well u can actually have the after market thai brand.. fron rear and chain all for about 400ringgit

 

i have done about 3000 km on my 2010 v.... before i did 40000 on the er6n... have some experience with this bike lorrr....do fix radiator guard... about ringgit 80

 

and crash guards... givi is best so far to me... 585ringgit... i convert my v into versys tourer UK specs

with ori kawa windshield and kawa hand guard> i bought from UK.

coz my chain and spocket all very new less den 1 week old.

givi point KL that lady told me the crash bar need to wait 2 months for it to come..

thats very long i by den will be serving my army -_-

ya 1 more thing, do malaysia have ppl do the lower kit for the rear suspension?

make the bike lower? coz i quite short the bike is high for me..

well if u cant wait 2 months... order from italy... with 7% gst its about the same price as buying from malaysia...or less.... try motorama italy ... the crash bar i think less than 90 euro... if u buy just one item the shipping cost is high... but if u buy more... its worth it... the givi trekker box is so cheap in italy....

i bought the plxr rack from motorama n ship to malaysia... with 20%tax and shipping its the same price as buying from givi malaysia... reason being in europe there is GST btween 19%(germanay) up tp i think 27% . if u send outside EU no VAT.

hi all jus wanna share this shop in bukit indah

i jus went there to fix my clutch cable as the screw thing broke off when i drop my bike the other time

my friend recommend me there as this shop spec on kawa bikes heard many concouse went there to service

 

and the boss told me that kawa is making this shop as authorize kawa dealer and now on renovation

i dunno how long it will take to finish reno-ing

the boss say that there will be air con place for biker to chill and relax while their bike is being serviced

 

the shop is located @ 33 jalan pendekar 2, taman unku tun aminah, 81300 skudai, johor

for those that know 777 bukit indah, this shop is down the road only, very near the makan area.

hi friend.. i strongly support u to go KL get.. much better service den MAH...

u should call KL givi whether they still have stock..

u can find their number online

 

price of box is 1400rm for normal black, white and metallic is 1600rm

PLX rack(for v35) is 972

top rack is 445 which u will need it if not cant fix the side rack

 

rack for versys sg i doubt have and if u order dunno need how long -_-

will rather spend 1 day to ride up let them fix and come back.. can be done within a day

hi like the post i jus shared above, there will be a kawa agent in bukit indah

so parts and troubleshooting wun be a problem

bo bian sg many ppl still dun accept kawa bikes mainly bcoz of the stupid sg kawa agent

 

so if u reali love this versys, jus spend a little more time travel to johor and service there

cheaper and better service den that shop i guess..

Hi, does any of your versys side mirror vibrate when riding at 100km/h coz mine does. Any suggestion how to get it fix?

side miror vibration is common in most verysy... resonance bro. resonance... anyway... as for i found adjusting the angle does help.....

play around with it..., get the right angle and walla... it stops... but careful not to "over play" the moving about... the last thing u want is the socket to get loose.... i discover this coz i notice only one side vibrates after i adjust it... then i readjust and the vibrations gone

hi all i have installed some new stuff on my bike ytd and today would like to share some pictures with all of u..

things that i have done, DIY crash bar powder coated orange colour ^^

fog light( normal la haha)

new rear shock, bitubo brand. its shorter by 10mm, i have short leg so i a ordered a shorter shock

they have the normal length type too, its custom made to my weight and load of my bike

and i have install mainstand on my bike too

and ya coz i am using a shorter shock and my bike is lower, when the mainstand is in the return position its quite low

means i cant play corner liao

 

and for 2010 and 2011 model i believe there are 2 thing that need to mod and cut

i had remove my exhaust cover in order to fix this mainstand as the crossover bar will hit the cover
