good poll.. am looking for budget open face helmet too.. but my budget lower,

Philosophy A: Ignore what everyone else thinks. Riding is a better way to get around. Ride paranoid and keep your skills sharp

Philosophy B: Ride with somebody who's better than you. You will pick up a handy trick or new skill just about every time you are out

Philosophy C: You don't need a big bike to prove ur passion for riding

How about its design?

I like Evolution II alot. I think its a very nice looking helmet but its very common. Does the Matrix look as nice as the Evolution?

I've seen one of my mates using Evo. The difference between my Matrix and his is that his is quite big...angular at the back and there are 2 big vents.

In my opinion the Evolution II looks "fiercer" than the Matrix but both are equally good in design.

By the way, if you go for the Matrix, ask whether the helmet comes with velcro to fasten the dangling strap once you tighten your helmet.

Will post the picts tonite.
