3 Way Catalytic Converter With Oxygen Sensor

This part is pain in the asss for VMax, the machine could have done better.

Need to uncork it. :p

One of the prototype engine with Variable Valve timing can achieve about 295bhp. unfortunately it was not chosen.

I think you can easily unlock about 10 to 15bhp by removing the cat and instaling aftermarket free flow pipe.

Hard to say... most of the current rider are happy with what the old max can do. Pricing will be an important factor. If the new Max is priced more than S$30k, then a lot of potential buyers may back out.

Totally agree with you.. the 'nicely tuned' old Max might even outrun the new Max.. When it comes to so power, alot of it got to do with the rider capability to Maximise the power...how to get the freaking grip to the road..with the old max the rear tyres are already spinning & burnin like hell on launch..

Well, i myself am not sure what Hong Leong will put up for the price but it shouldn't be over priced coz the MT01 (1700cc) is around $24K and the MidnightStar (1900cc) is around $27K....

Have to agree with you there but comparing the extra capacity in the engine built and it'll definitely comes with the extra torque, it'll be quite a difference, not huge but slightly over than the old V-Max...And of course, it's all about who rides it...One up for that bro...

All about personal liking ... ... ... :p

Some like new stuff, some say expensive means good stuff, some like performance, some like latest technologies, some like the appearance, some like because is a faster cruiser and etc ... ... ...

As for me, I just like the way it is ...

You mean the old V-Max???....Or the new one????
